Which heavenly democratic counties are you talking about? Almost all counties are in except about 48,000 in Fulton area and a a few more thousands here and there. Even if Biden wins all of them, how can he cover the gap? North Carolina has reported 100% counties, why hasn't it been called?

They are trying to rig it. Rushing to call every state where Biden is leading but the ones where Trump is leading, they refuse to call it, giving opportunities for them to find votes from God knows where to cover the gap. This was the same thing they did in Florida in 2018.

So why did they call Arizona if we have to wait for all votes to be counted?

They don't want to call North Carolina too despite 100% votes returned.

They are refusing to call Georgia for Trump despite his massive lead but they (fox news) decided to call Arizona with a much lesser lead for Biden.

Trump is a president not a private citizen, he can't just talk anyhow., Anything he says carries the weight of the American government. He will wait to get full info from the US ambassador in Nigeria, consult with his cabinet and advisers as well as leaders in congress before coming out to say anything in public. Hillary Clinton is a private citizen so she is free to say whatever she wants.
