But let no one doubt it, Jesus is coming again and it's our duty to be prepared for His coming.

Looking at what is happening in the world, the signs of His coming are all around but the bible was clear that no man knoweth the hour so pastors should be careful not to give people vain hope only to have them become disappointed if it doesn't come to pass. This was the same mistake william Miller and the adventists made many years ago and many ended up disappointed and abandoned their faith in Christ.

Because they are different people or groups contributing their efforts to translate the Bible into new versions that are easier for people to read and simpler to understand. The versions are saying the same thing but some are saying it in a more simple english.

I know there are many views on tithing because it's not found in the new testament. I myself am not 100% sure if it's still relevant to our times but I do pay my tithes because it's better to err on God's side than to err away from Him.
