I work as an operations manager of a company Anambra State, my taxes are remitted to Lagos state government because, our company HQ is in Lagos, this is not right at all, my taxes should be paid to Anambra State government, cuz na dem dey provide the basic amenities i dey enjoy.

That is not true. The oil companies does their PAYE Tax from Lagos where their office is. The actual exploration and production activities takes place in the Niger Delta. Lagos takes all the PAYE tax of the IOC

But they're oil workers in Bayelsa, Rivers too...
PAYE is just remittance from your salary not from what accrued from oil earnings so if you're earning within Lagos and resides there you pay your Tax
