And as for paying back the tuition fee, you will hardly feel it as long as you work. If you make 3000 in a month, you will pay like 30 and its a long term thing. If you dont make a certain amount, nobody is deducting anything from you. So schooling in uk is literally free. Some students like medical students have bursary, those that have kids are paid, nhs pay them too. If you manage all the free money you get, you studied free. Also, you still have weekends and days you are free to go and make some money.
Uk govt spend a lot for their people to go to school every year and it runs in billions. That money is recouped from international students yearly. Tell your govt who always send their kids to uk schools to do better.

But they are still crying for wages....

Drs in uk go on strike. Consultants were mostly on strike last year cum this year and it's for pay increase and better work condition not to talk of junoor drs. The same as nurses. The healthcare community campaigned and voted for Labour exclusively cos of that.
