57k is a banging sum for a Police Clearance Cert! Don't give it out, please. I see that somebody has already given you a number to contact for it in PH. You may also want to call this number 08064732698 (Mr Abalaba. I don't remember the full name). He helped with mine when I did it in March at 13k or 15k. He'll charge you like 20k, but you have to negotiate... I went to the PH SCIID and a police called him and he came and handled it. It took about 5 to 7 days. So you may try the two and make your choice. All the best.

Booked a flight to Saint John NB. Transit through Frankfurt to Montreal then Saint John. It can be expensive based on the day you plan to travel.

It is better for you to book a flight with your destination to New Brunswick. Don't think of using local flights from Toronto, Montreal or wherever, it is quite expensive. You will be shocked to pay about 1000 cad for flight and still pay for your bags seperately.

New Brunswick is on the Eastside of Canada so ,Toronto or Montreal is closer because they are both on the Eastside of Canada. But Vancouver is very far cos its on the westside.

Flight is really expensive right now, it took me days of searching. If you can stay up around 1-3am, it’s possible you get nice deal on wakanow. I got Egypt air for 540k
