benefits of this homemade body scrub

OATS: it’s scientifically proven to have skin soothing properties and hence is perfect for relieving dry skin and healing skin irritations

SUGAR: sugar is an excellent ingredient in skin care as it is gentle when applied to skin and not harsh and abrasive. brown sugar is way better for skin than white sugar. read more about the benefits of sugar for skin here

Honey: honey is a natural antioxidant that has ant-microbial properties and so helps in hydrating, fighting acne and protecting skin from sun damage. you see even our skin cannot resist the sweetness of honey.

OLIVE OIL: is high in antioxidants too and helps make one’s skin smooth and radiant.

what you need

homemade body scrub and body butter

oats
white or brown sugar
honey
essential oil ( I used olive oil)
Directions

coarsely grind the oats then mix oat and sugar together
add honey and stir together
add a drop of any oil of your choice
package in an air tight jar or proceed to use it immediately

THE BODY COUNT CONVOS

A while ago, i was single and searching and so when a friend asked me out on a date, i didn’t hesitate to say yes!. I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out what to wear (i mean a girl has to look great on the very first date…right?). After ransacking my wardrobe in search of the perfect outfit, i proceeded to do my makeup and oh! it was such a struggle as i was having a bad eye brow day.

Well i told myself “no bad eye brow is going to make me chicken out and miss my Mr right”. Little did i know that i was walking into two hours of pure boredom and unnecessary talks.

my friend turned date never stopped talking about himself, he raved on and on and i just sat there trying to act interested while in my mind, i was planning all those ” i need to quickly use the bathroom kind of escape”.

After about one hour of his endless chattering, he finally asked me a question and in my head i was like…Oh! you finally realized you are on a date…..and there is someone other than you here, until it hit me that the question he asked was how many guys have you slept with.

Not necessarily for a lot it dries their skin. Some like me and a lot others it causes rashes so no it isn't the best .... Its a good soap I agree but we all have different skins ..so what might work for you might not work for me
