me no know whether difference dey between mouth odour and bad breath, but me specifically chose bad breath for the thread because the thing dey come and go like nepa light but mouth odour, if u no take care of am e fit turn the stigma for your body.
Observations: i observed that those who posses the saguin temperament(talkative) have low experiences of bad breath. i also observed that those who take too much if mint experience bad breath. introverts experience bad breath. and also the type of toothpaste you use does not determine if you will have a bad breath or not.
Now, from the conclusion of my observation i observed that bad breath only occur when:
1. you have a wound or injury in your mouth
2.you only brush your teeth leaving your tongue untouched.
3. you believe only in having fresh breath(taking too much of mint).and this may turn out real bad for the introverts because when a mouth filled of mint is closed for a long time. it experiences a direct change into mouth odour e.g brush your mouth before sleeping and feel your breath d next morning.
4. Fasting
5. or after eating.
Preventive measures to the above listed goes thus
1.abstain from the use of hard brush just try something mild and gentle
2.brush the whole of your mouth even the inner part of the teeth. when some people open their mouth you may find some brown yellowish stuff their people like that should wash the outer and inner part of the teeth and their tongue.
3.you should only digest much mint if u are addicted or a talkative. also all adult toothpaste contains mint and d only way to eliminate those mint is by rinsing you mouth with water until the frothy or foamy mixture vanishes totally from your mouth. with that u can also prevent bad breadth while fasting.
4.what works for me doesn't work for you but taking biscuits help keep the breadth more okay but you may try minty or sweet candies.

meanwhile, their are some people who dont experience the above and still dont have bad breath...We thank God

one of the problems during romance is bad breadth.this may not be the right section but in accordance to what we do here i decided to share it with you.
