U may need to tell us wat u av n ur previous field of study so that we can rub mind together n be more explicit...Thnx.

Apparently, you did not make enough findings initially. The paramount thing now is for you to go find out the requirements for Direct Entry admission IN the respective departments you hope for admission (the JAMB brochure may not be as explicit). As I'm sure The UI does not accept OND into some of her Social Science Courses... By the way, how did you apply for Economics, Sociology and Philosophy all at once That's rather odd!

Bill gate never did anything close to the computers. Not even the personal computer.. Personal computer is jst like a term used for computers that's suitable for home use because in those days computers whr so large that it could occupy a whole room..

For a better understanding for what operating system is in a layman terms is just like an inter phase between Computer hardware and its users. Without an Operating system u wouldn't be able to use d computer meaningfully. So its the Operating system that connects the whole components of the system hardware together to respond to the users operations. For instance because and Operating system is on My phone that why I could press a Letter frm My keypad for example "A" and u can boldly see it as 'A' displayed on the screen. Don't u wonder how those buttons on ur phones keypad are displayed when u want to compose a Text message or type a mobile number. That's possible because of Operating system which has been Installed on the phone. (I.T specialist on the thread come and help us out here)..

Back to the matter, so bill gates was in the production of software. I use to have an article back then I wrote on his business model and how he Made Big Bucks of Dollar. U too think abt it, the only hardwork producing a software is the particular time u start doing the Coding, after that all u need to do again is Just copy and paste which wouldn't consume ur energy or much time again..So bill gates since he had already done the coding he only put the word into CD's n Floppy Disks and started duplicating it. And u wld ask how much is an Empty CD(very cheap) compared to the price he was selling it. Infact some people prefer to download it online frm Microsoft website. And u knw if I put a link on my site for an ebook for u to pay and download, no matter the number of people that pays and download it frm that link it will not affect or reduce what I have because I wld have only successfully given u d exact duplicates and yets still hav it but must have billed the hundred people. That how software companies make money with little cost of production.

So Bill gates made much as a result of little cost of production and his cost of sales. so his profit weas enormous. Infact he also made money from Copyrights Patents and he sues any company who uses any features of this operating system. That's why u hardly see a competion of some of his software application products like Microsoft Word, Power Points and th likes. He ruined so many competitors by suing them and winning the cases at most times if not all. because all the features on his applications were patented so u the not use it without him issuing u the rights.

BILL GATE wasnt the Person who invented Computer.Computers has existed even b4 his Birth.he only simplified the Existing Computer then to "Microsoft Computer".
