To be sincere to u I'm also in d same shoe but I didn't apply last year I obtained d form dis year bt yesterday I went to ui to submit my transcript cus I study accounting in d polytechnic ibadan wit a cgpa of 4.2 and I was told dat dey can collect it,dat dey didn't biz admin,banking and finance or even public admin talk less of accounting except u want to A'level certificate so my people if u are using 1 of d include course above to apply to ui,pls and pls don't put ur mind cus d admission will nt be guaranted.I feel sad when dere admission officer is xplaining all dis to me yesterday he said unless if I want obtain for dere DLC programme.so be wise

Well Adegoke, I donno about other departments, but I know The UI does NOT admit OND holders via Direct Entry into her Economics department...
Apparently, you did not make enough findings initially. The paramount thing now is for you to go find out the requirements for Direct Entry admission IN the respective departments you hope for admission (the JAMB brochure may not be as explicit). As I'm sure The UI does not accept OND into some of her Social Science Courses... By the way, how did you apply for Economics, Sociology and Philosophy all at once That's rather odd!

Dis info is confirm dats wat dey told me too yesterday when I went dere to submit my transcript at 1st dey didn't accept d trancript cus I study accounting in polyibadan dey said I can only use A'level and nt ND in accounting to apply for economics

Am just bk from UI. If u knw dat ur transcript was sent by ur skul, and it has been confirmed dat it is in UI. Kindly just go to admin office room 7 to register it. Pls cos I saw som transcript unregistered. D no on d register is nw 1150.

yes. i met an elderly woman at d admission office on 16th (friday) we chated a little nd registered my name. finish frm yabatech last yr in elect/elect 3.63. are u an aspirant frm yabatech? as 4 d transcpt i collected mine. call me on 07030580433 for more info. best of luck.
