I have a third class in Horticulture and a PostGraduate Diploma in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development. I have tried Flemming college but was not given admission. Hello House, Thanks for being here. I applied for B1/B2 visa around May this year but was denied. It was a group thing and we were meant to travel together. I recently noticed something on my form. The question "Have you attended any educational institution at a secondary level or above?" was filled NO while at that time i was a degree holder and now with a postgraduate diploma. Now, I want to apply for student visa (MASTERS). I want to know if that part of the form filled NO wont affect my application. Thanks in advance.

He needs to write the embassy first to know if it has been sent to the authorities, if yes then he has to visit the immigration office to request for it. Its up to them to decide whether to hand it over to him or not.

Good afternoon @justwise, My brother was refused visa and was told he has limited right to appeal. He was given ten years ban because the date of arrival stamped here in MM airport is different from the official date recorded by the commission. However, we noticed that his old passport ( the one that contained a 6 month visa and two 2 year visa, all expired) was not returned. Only the renewed passport was returned. Here is my question, Do they have the right to withhold the passport. Thanks
