White Money clearly telling the housemates Princess shot her shot at him and he turned her down. My own is just that when Ebuka asks him directly about this issue in front of the whole house, I hope he will not deny his statement like Brighto. |
I think the DJ is too fast with some of the transitions. At least allow the housemates to get into the songs before moving unto other songs. Seems like he has a target number of songs he wants to play before the party is over and he wants to achieve that number no matter what. |
MizzD:The space looks really cramped, but then they are currently 22 in the house. Maybe they also made it small to force them dance with each other. The bigger the space, the more the temptation for some of them to go and sit down, or for cliques of people to be dancing with each other away from the others. |
E be like say this their presentation na season film. Na episode 20 we dey now for season 1. ![]() |
QueenCookie:Are you sure they will still do arena games tonight after this presentation. That will take a lot from the housemates especially if they lose their wager. Doesn't make sense to me. |
For me, their presentation has been better than I expected. However, the person or people who advised them to sing Owuro lojo as a song to herald a new born baby in a yoruba naming ceremony should be flogged mercilessly ![]() Also what's up with dancing shedibalala to local drums. ![]() |
CRUISETOPIAVP:He led the votes with almost 28% in week 7. That was just two weeks before the final. Can you then really say he wasn't a top contender for the prize? It is not really about how you start, it is about how you end. To put it in another way, if you take out Laycon who was obviously far above the rest, are you really saying Ozo is not a top contender for the win in a final 5 made up of Dorathy, Nengi, Ozo, Vee and Neo? |
Froshloaded:You can't predict for certain that someone will make top 3 from the first week. Even if Maria is a strong contender, all that needs to happen is for her to be up with two equally strong contenders towards the end of the show and she might just go home. In terms of fanbase last year, Ozo should have definitely been in the top 4 but Vee and Neo made it despite their vastly smaller individual and even combined fan bases. Lolu in his set was a top 5 material, but he left the week before the final while Nina with her smaller fanbase made it. It might just shock you that Maria will be doing media tour in week 6 or 7. |
tonididdy:If there is another word for wild goose chase sef, use it. They are still forming inspector Fashola with the Cam while being very wide of the mark. Funny thing is Maria and Pere are also encouraging them on their fools errand. It is almost certain they will get it wrong on Sunday. |
Tatiana4u:From history, the assumption that Big Brother will not evict someone based on a perceived strength of fanbase or impact on the show is misguided at best. That was how they said Big brother would not disqualify Tacha because of her confirmed large fan base and the money they were generating from her votes. Same thing happened with Erica. In both cases, Tacha and Erica went home even though it made the finals in those years mere processions with very obvious winners. If the housemates successfully figure out Maria and Pere on Sunday, Big brother will evict them without a second thought. After all, this is not the first time that housemates will evicted within one or two weeks of being in the house. Maria can continue to be MVP outside the house. |
If it is about being quiet, why are they not looking at Yousef? They are also not considering the fact that the wildcards might even be right there among them as they are having the conversation. In any case, this is the drama we asked for. |
Why is Kayode now showing Maria and Pere over and over again? ![]() |
Almost 8pm. Five hours for diary sessions of 22 housemates. I can't wait for them to reduce in this house jare. Ebuka should even evict three of them at the earliest opportunity. At least that will wake them up and remind them that this is a game. |
lebete3000:They won't vote until Sunday. I am pretty sure they won't be successful in identifying the wildcards. Even the wildcards themselves are involved in the discussions about finding the wildcards. ![]() |
White money will be shocked to learn his 'baby', Maria is one of the wildcards. ![]() |
MamBi:You are doing a great job. Kudos. Modified: Nairaland does not recognise the clapping hands emoji. Na wa o. ![]() |
munalight:A lot of people guessed this though. He slipped up with the obi cubana burial thing. It's just that the housemates will not be able to clue on to that. |
Why is Pere using bedroom voice with Biggie? ![]() |
Has Pere been called to the diary room? Shebi he is the one most people are tagging as one of the wildcards. |
The housemates are really hyping and lauding Peace's leadership as HOH. That is impressive especially considering the fact that she has a practically nonexistent deputy. |
Biggie is asking Yousef one thing he has learnt about any other housemate that changed his opinion of that housemate. Baba just dey talk all over the place. ![]() |
I really enjoyed that Pere and Jackie discussion before they had to go eat. Felt like two people playing attack and counter attack, like a cat and mouse game. The babe was clearly telling him her position while saying she wasn't talking to him and was only speaking generally. She also skillfully challenged his manhood by telling him she likes a man who can be a man and say what he wants directly. Pere too as a good defender was trying to skillfully evade the trap. Baba no wan say na friendship im want, make he no close gate on some possible future aggressive cuddling, but at the same time he no wan commit himself so early in their stay in the house. I hope they return to that conversation after their meal. |

I have a brand new Samsung S21 for sale for 370k. 8gb Ram, 256gb, 5G. Phone was bought just yesterday and has not been used at all. It has not even been switched on. I am only selling because I am not a fan of the 6.2 inch size of the phone. I prefer phones with bigger screens. Comes with a charger, and the usual accessories, but no ear piece If interested reach out to me on 0816 111 9888. Location: Lagos

hephzibahjay:Hi. Please did you eventually go for fibreone? If yes, how has it been? If no, which ISP did you eventually go for. I also stay around Costain. |
This is just playing to the gallery. As much as I am anti-rape, even murder which is the most heinous of crimes, as it involves taking a life is bailable in certain circumstances. Imagine the number of people who might be falsely accused of rape, languishing in jail until the end of the case just because there is no bail. We can increase the punishment for rape, but making it a non-bailable offence doesn't make sense to me. |
Not sure this would help him though. The House of Assembly has the constitutional right to commence impeachment proceedings against him, as long as they conduct the proceedings in accordance with the law and he is afforded fair hearing. I can see he referred to the impeachment process before the House of Assembly as trumped up process. If the charges against him are trumped up, then he should have no difficulty in defending himself against those charges. How will the court even determine that the process is trumped up when the charges are not before the court? |
Nigeria's politics is funny. Once a deputy governor falls out with his principal, he becomes corrupt and worthy of impeachment. If he stays within the party, he is as white as snow. Same with Obasanjo and Atiku back then. It is a shame that we don't run our politics based on principles. |
A lot of students had issues with the last Jamb exam. There were quite a number of complaints about inadequate writing materials, issues with the computers and CBT centres and so on. It seems Jamb and Professor Oloyede are more focused on the accolades that come from remitting excess funds to the government's coffers to the detriment of improving the exam process for the students. If over seventy percent of students who wrote the exam across the country failed, then Jamb should take a long hard look at itself. |
