I think Ecobank offers the best mastercard services. A couple of months ago, I went to check out the four banks offering that service - then STB, Ecobank, Intercontinental and Zenith. Ecobank was the best and the pioneer. They had the ED 250 MC category which allows a customer to start with as low as $100. I think that is "MEKUNNU" friendly enough. |
