Good morning great leaders...in line with the vision of the www.talentsandmentors.com program, I'm glad to share this information about an ISO Auditors programme with one of our noble Mentors. About the vacancies: 6 & 12 Months ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Auditors programme which includes a full time (monday to friday) auditing engagement at a client site outside of Lagos under direct supervision, coaching and mentoring by the Lead Auditor (Mentor). Qualification and requirements: 1st Degree in any Discipline and must have completed ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditors Course. Experience in auditing is an added advantage. Must also be a good team player. Compensation: very good daily rates plus accommodation. Willingness to work outside Lagos is important. Location is in the South of Nigeria, so it's not a problem. Training: selected candidates shall undergo some training led by the Mentor for some days before start of the auditing program. Training is free of charge. To apply simply send an updated CV to iso9k2015@gmail.com within 7 days of this advert. One of the advantages of the program aside the experience is that selected Auditors will be able to accumulate enough auditing time for their audit log sheets for meeting the requirements of becoming IRCA Lead Auditor certified. If You Want to Struggle Less, Get a Mentor! I have come to realize that many people struggle in life because they lack mentors. Many successful people often credit their success to the role a mentor played in their life. Mentors are people who can inspire you to succeed by the shear feats they themselves have accomplished. They often make a good guide, counselor, teacher, supporter and adviser because they have been where you aspire to be. Truth is, there is hardly anything you want to achieve that somebody somewhere has not already accomplished. Like the saying goes, “there is nothing really new under the sun”, and as Bertrand Russell said, “the very best proof that something can be done is that someone has done it.” The only challenge therefore will be how to discover who has done what you are trying to achieve and how they did it. Seek them out and have them mentor you. We all need a helping hand, and truly successful people are often willing to lend a helping hand (not necessarily by dolling out their money). The question is, “are you positioned for someone to find you attractive enough to mentor?” My advice…. seek out a mentor or two today; let their lives educate you and allow their successes to inspire you. Speak with them as often as you can; ask them how they did it, and what they think about your own dreams and ideas.
