Please don't disturb yourself as long as he is taking the adult food. But just ensure that he is taking balanced diet

It was my ovulation day last month and was about to have some fun with hubby(we use CD as means of protection) When "I" suggested we carry out an experiment on myself and see what will happen by doing without CD. Ehmmm I don't know that spirit that prompted me to say dt. Hubby agreed and here I am today and he is jubilating around calling himself a sharp shooter
I still thank God for this gift. And I pray for all TTC mothers may God answer your prayers and grant you your heart desires

abeg experienced mothers pls contribute. I did exclusive for my son. through out d period I was not eating abnormally. Now dt he has started eating other things I noticed dt I am begining to feel light headed frequently due to hunger. and the rate at which I eat has increased. I am yet to loose my pregnancy weight dts why im worried. pls is it normal? pls share ur experience after 6 months of exclusive breast feeding

good eveng mothers. my 6mnths plus baby had temp and his doc recommended Zinat 5mls twice daily. after preparing d syrup my sisters I gave him 2 full spoons thinkng a spoon is 2.5mls. 2 days after my boy became very weak and inactive. he began to sleep like ....... inshort I realised dt i have been giving 10mls at once making a total 20mls per day as against the 10 mls recommended. pls lets look at d spoons dt come along wt our drugs the calibrations can sometimes be deceiving.
thank God I was able to detect ontime if not it would v been anodr story

good eveng mothers. im a silent member pls if u dnt mind I v some questions to ask. we clocked 6 months on 4th of feb and introduced tripple meal recommended by our paediatrician(oka baba, soya beans and g.nut). my boy takes it like twice a day and in very little quantity. is dt enough for now? we v been battling wt weight gain since we had him. experienced mamas pls ur advice

the nurses told us to use paracetamol after d immunization but my Dr said No! i followed my Dr's advice and to God be the glory we are 5months already. The Drs av their reasons for telling us not to use it but d decision is ours to make.

@ Tojued and MamaOO. thnx for ur response. as at last night my baby pooed just once and by d tym i checked his diapee it was alteady soak to d xtent dy his cloth was also wet. he weighed 3.2 last month@6wks and 3.9 yesterday @10wks dts one reason y i am begining to think im noy producing enogh. with regard to d frequency of breastfeeding im really trying cos if im not doing anything dn im feeding him. breast pump doesnt pump much as well. thnx so much for ur encouragement. will also look for d tip shield

pls i v a question. my baby is ten weeks already but his first one month i was supplementing my breast milk with NAN 1 cos i wasnt lactating well. after d first mnth i made up my mind dt we are no longer supplementing nd settled with breast milk alone and today we r 10 weeks plus and i still think im not lactating well cos my bby always wants to b put to breast every mins every sec and whenever i press my breast it doesnt gush out like others would another issue is dt my nipple is damn red and painful probably cos of the force he uses to suck and d frequency of d feeding. pls i need help. has anybody experienced this? and plshow can i boost mu breast milk. still doing exclusive despite d pain on my nipple

PART 1
at week 32 i was having severe abdominal pain which occurs after a given interval. i didnt take it serious cos i assumed it woukd go but instead it got worse. when i couldnt take d pain anymore i had to call my hubby who happend to b a Dr. nd he said i should come nd meet him in d hospital. with annoyance i refused to go on d basis dt he should come and pick me. D pain continued to intensify itself to d extent dt i couldnt turn from d posture i was on bed. my bro. in law then saw me and drove me to d hospital.
gettibg to d hosp. i was taken to O&G call room to see my husband's friends. ehmmm i pity him dt day because his friends really accused him of being non challant wt my health. there and dn was diagnosed of having preterm labour. my hubby was so scared because he wasnt at home d night before nd we v not seen untill dt afternion in d hosp. i turned to b d one telling him not to mind dm. d drs i met then gave me a drug Nifedipine to be use every 20 mins for 2hrs nd waa told dt if d pain persist i ll v to b admitted nd if possible ll v to b induced for our safety. my sis after 2hrs d pain refused to go dt led to my admission in d hosp. for 3days after which i was discharged to go home nd continue wt d drug mrng and eveng.

Alhamdulillah. gave birth to my bby boy on 4th of this mnth. suppose to b team sept. but i had to be induced at 35th week due to high blood pressure. JOIN ME IN WELCOMING MY PRINCE BABY MUMTAZ. BS coming later

thanx mam zaynie. went to d hosp but was told to see an ENT specialist which im yet to do though d dr said its not related to my pregnancy.
just help me thank God for my life and dt of my bby. i woke up on mon morning after my post at midnight with severe stomach ache. on getting to d hosp i was diagnosed wt preterm labour then i was 32wks 5days. thaank God i was discharged on wed night. thou i still feel my stomach hardening but dr said its mild contraction and i should continue with my medication. so eager to see my boy but it is worth d wait. abeg take ur time and bake wella. team sept for supernatural delivery

this one dt v not been able to sleep what wiill happen when vigilante start? all hands on deck hoping for d best anyway. Pls sabi mamas any persn having this experience 1. each tym i wake up i feel sharpp pain in my ear for some mins before it subside
2. i also feel something like mucor in my throat yet nothing seems to be there.

That's an infection o! It will grow if you leave it. Go straight to your doctor for prescription. While treating it ensure you kpekus with condom to avoid infecting DH and also re infecting yourself. The cream given to you by d doc should also be used by your dh on his instrument of pleasure. Throw away any pant used within this period.

All expectant mothers esp FTM,we all need HELP when we put to bed. Any form of help is very very important ranging from our mums,mother-in law,sil,bil,sisters,strong hand nephew,niece,nanny,trusted friends etc.
This help is important at least for a month. It will avail us the opportunity to recover well and fast and face vigilante cos it is REAL.

I prayed against tears during delivery but it came afterall. I had two stitches in diff places. The one baby gave me was 'scattered' according to the nurse but Who I am to question God? while He has blessed me beyond measures.

I never knew there is something called post partum clito...al pain until yesterday. The pain started 3 days ago and believ me,it is as serious as eva,though God is my strength sha.

So,my epistle is this,FTM make arrangement for any kind of help,you reallly need it,it is not by muscle oooo. You need an experienced hands at least for 1month,other help can now come in later.

My prayer for us is that,we all will deliver safely and without any form of post partum whatever.

AGAIN,if you are not ready to wash clothes everyday plus this rainy season,pls and pls endeavour to top up your babys wear if the money is available. I see cloth to wear my baby cos MIL washes his clothe anytime she baths my baby if not eehh....there are some of his clothes he is not wearing for now cos of oversize,so SHOP RIGHTLY. I think baby needs more of 'overall' within one month of birth.

The above are just my experience for 10days now.

my dear pls dont take anything yet. confirm ur pregnancy first dn consult ur doctor. this is a very critical stage in pregnancy. pls start using folic acid ASAP if u r trying to conceive or if u v already. my dr told me to start it 3months before my marriage nd i continued it after marriage through my first three months of pregnancy.

ehmm! so third trimester starts from week 28. God ll see us through

ehmmmm! pls lets listen to our parents advice when we are about to get married. we are usually blinded by love dt we dont see somethngs but our parents truely love us and want d best for us. im sure her mum must have seen this coming long ago.
my second point is dt dont ever think of being a full house wife. nothing like earning ur own money urself. ni matter how rich ur husband is he will definitely complain someday. You can sense this man's level of irresponsibility by not allowing his wife to work. its quite unfortunate dt soon a child would be dragged to this mess.

Are you a FTM? Start with buying all the things in your hospital list first....Then you buy baby bath, drier (hanger) , baby soap, oil, cream, sponge (if it is not already in the hospital list ), pampers and wipes that will take you for at least one month (hoping that you will get some as gift after delivery ), baby bank . That's the few that came to mind now....Other experienced mum's will contribute

Haven't bought anything myself yet cos of this same money issue but am going to the market today all things being equal....Will share prices of some items I saw when am back...
God will provide all we need to take care of this blessings he has given to us.
