I just received the call from the Hr telling me I didn't meet the requirements for graduate trainee and I have been drafted to retail, she asked me whether I accept or not, I accepted, she said I won't need to the panel interview, top management interview and medicals again, so it is what it is, God knows best

I received it too and I already done medical for graduate role too…
I contacted someone, it was because we attempted two assessments during the online aptitude test we had on July 28… one was for graduate role and the other retail…
You don’t have to worry, it is either you process the two or ignore the retail role.

I got message that I will receive messages regarding documentation and panel interview, but am yet to receive anything

Check your spam, junks, promotion etc.
I didn’t see the mail too until a day after, and I was to submit 1pm the previous day, August 21st… I later sent the documents and I got a reply for panel interview schedule the second morning.
