This is mostly a case of tort apart from the criminal intimidation. I am still at a loss why Femi enjoys the negative limelight. There is no need to use the mother of your children to refresh your knowledge of the law which you don't practise. Custody issue is what you can handle professionally without this fanfare. Femi, you can use your knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution here and effectively.
Let us be fair to FfK by hearing both sides.

@Phuti,
I appreciate that to an extent you balanced your submission. But, let me present these facts to Nigerians who do not know the situation of things in South Africa. Close to
80 percent of South Africans are black people.
The remaning 20 percent are mixed race called coloured people, white and minority Indian south African. The later is around 3 percent. While, white and coloured are all below 12 million. The total population of South Africans are 56 million people.
The real cause of xenophobia hatred for fellow black africans is because black South Africans cannot compete favourably in their mainstream economy.
As at 1991 least than 1 in 7 black south Africa finished secondary school. I am a member of South African Council of Educators. As I speak least than 30 percent of Black South Africans finished secondary school. Despite that government schools are free, foods are provided in schools, school uniforms are free, school shoes are provided and books are provided. Some even get Ipad for free to study. These children get child supports from government over 15k naira every month. Hospital is free. Most live in free government houses called RDP. Majority dont pay electricity and water because they are categorised at poor people.
I can list these numerous things universities students get for free. But, from what I have listed for secondary school students you should know what can be obtainable in universities environments yet less than 35 percent finish at the right time or ever finish at all.
Black South Africans's major problem is lack of discipline, laziness and lack of focuse. Do you know more than 75 percent children are born out of wedlock in South Africa? 87 percent of black ladies that are 27 years old are single mothers. Apart of South Africans been the country with the largest number of people living with HIV and Aids.
SA government is doing alot. The black folks are the one drawing the country back with their high crime rates, unfriendly attitudes to tourists and corruption in government.
How dare you say majority of Nigeria are doing illegal activities?
Your policemen and policewomen should be blame just as the few Nigerians buying drugs because they both share the proceeds of these ilegal activities.
Less I forget more than 15 percent of South Africans smokes drugs higher to marijuana.
I dont really need to give these information. But, some situations calls for it.
Black South Africans should take their place in their economy and stop blaming others they cannot compete with for their incompetence.

Yeah, that's about the official figure as released by the SA government. But they acknowledge there's an migration crisis of undocumented people. The Nigerian Union should be made to explain itself. But as a South African it often feels that there are indeed that many Nigerians in the country, I don'TMK,

t know, maybe it's the loudness.

TMK South Africa,
I wish Black South Africans allows Nigerians to breath in your country. Whenever I see how it is easy for you to interact here. And, I remembered How I was treated by fellow Black citizens of South Africa while studying in the University in South Africa. I think there are alot that you can do to change the mentality of those who still thinks some black people are foreigners in Africa and deserves to be treated badly. Many Nigerians do not know some Nigerians have losted Millions in the last 24 hours in Durban, South Africa as South Africans protesters have looted their shops. This is a normal occurrences here in SA. I believe Africa and Africans can only achieve their best when we love each others and not see each others as threats. I also equally condemned Nigerians engaging in illegal activities in SA.

Can u not read? I clearly said those figures were provided by Nigerians themselves in SA.

South Africa does have the economy to support 1M+ immigrants, infact the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) estimates there are over 1.5 M Zimbabweans in SA.

SA per capita income is over $12,000 while Nigeria's is under $5,000, so why wouldn't there be 800K Nigerians in SA?

TmK South African.
More Nigerians are in US compare to another country outside Africa due to its large land mass and population. In Europe, UK has the largest number of Nigeria. In southern Africa, SA. In west Africa is Ghana. While, in central Africa. It is Cameroon. In East Africa, it is Kenya.
Nigerians in South Africa is less than 600k. Far less than that maybe 400K. I am a Nigerian that resides in SA for close to a decade. More than 60 percent of Nigerians in South Africa resides in Gauteng. In other province we have less than 10K Nigerians asides of western cape. I am writing from experience over the years in SA. I have also visited all the 9 provinces in SA. The whole population of Nigerians in Limpopo province, Northern cape, eastern cape, Free state and Mpumalanga are not up to 100k.
Many Nigerians have left SA due to it's little opportunities to non-South Africans. Difficulties in getting permit without buying it, high crime rate and xenophobic tendencies of some few Black South Africans.

I realise you are South African residing in Nigeria. Vice vicesa is the case here. Enjoy your stay in Nigeria. Please wherever you feel like living Nigeria to SA tell people how good Nigerians are to you. I wish many black South Africans can feel free among non South African blacks as you are doing because it is only through this way that some people will understand that black people worldwide are the same.
Such will eradicate discrimination solidify, partnership and coperation among black folks worldwide not competitions and jealouse.

I was lucky to be negative too. Leave her and move on. If she could trick you to marry her because of her selfish interest. Knowing fully well, you can get infested and kept it silence. She does not love.

I don't think he is corrupt. If he is, he will not have bought those things. But, it is very wrong of him not to distribute it to those quarters as stated in the budget. That is very wrong of him. Some do not even use the funds for what they collected it for.

Politics / Politicians, Religious Leader And Ethnic Leaders Are Destroying Nigeria Oneness. by hallmarkacademy: 10:53am On Sep 27, 2016
Politicians, religious leaders and ethnic leaders are destroying Nigeria with North/South, ethnic and religious sentiment.
I have been a member of this forum for years. To be candid this forum has serve me daily information’s and updates on happenings around the world. I am a Nigerian based aboard for many years. Often time I read Nigerians comments on national issues from a narrowed ethnic, religious and north south divide. I read patriots support public servants who abuse their offices against our collective interest because he or she belongs to the same ethnic, religious or region. Political party’s loyalties and sentiments are allaying along ethnic preference. For example, patriots from south east and south/ south will be more critical of the present Federal government. While, less criticism of the present federal government is coming from south west. The north side will not see anything wrong with the government. When I read some trends and comments on this forum I begin to wonder is this how divided Nigerians back home are now. Or is because Nairaland is a faceless forum?
Patriots we all need to put national interest before ethnic interest if not indirectly we will be dancing the songs of religious, narrowed ethnic leader’s bigotry that are using ordinary Nigerians for their selfish interest. When we allow politicians, religious and tribal elders to divide people for their personal interest we the people losses. I wish this forum can be use to unify us Nigerians. I wish if this forum can promote religious tolerance and tribal tolerance. I wish the government can make law to say every Nigerian citizen must learn other indgenious Nigerian languages to promote oneness and love between us all.
I am not ignorance of the fact that there are some myopic patriots who have not leave outside their states and have not mixed with other patriots from other ethnic groups who will not see anything good in other people’s culture and religion.
The earlier will reason rational on national issues and not allow selfish individuals to divide us along ethnic, tribal, religion, north/south divide sentiments to becloud our judgments the better for one great nation Nigeria. I have been privilege to visit some countries of the world I was not address by my ethnic identity but by the name Nigerian. It sucks when some Non Nigerian friends of mine who reads nairaland says we are divide in all the topics they read.
I will like us to suggest ways to deal with this noticeable problem.

One Love,
One nation,
One Nigeria

Politics / Re: Lagos State Chairmen Spent 4.5m each to Tinubu's Lecture In USA. by hallmarkacademy: 12:22am On Sep 04, 2012
Am sad after reading this. I pray God should raise men who will be in public office to serve the masses not few priviledge ones( selfcentre Godfathers). Of what benefit is the US tour to the larger lagos public?. Some guys don't worth been there. We now know who are true democrats. Am So sure politicians following Awo's legacy will not act this way. Rather, no bi Awo legacy again na selfish legacy and personal interest before collective interest at play.
Politics / Lagos State Chairmen Spent 4.5m each to Tinubu's Lecture In USA. by hallmarkacademy: 11:57pm On Sep 03, 2012
Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu really lived up to expectation as leader of a strong opposition party in Nigeria when he stormed Chicago and Washington in the United State of America recently with strong delegation of his party (Action Congress of Nigeria). During the visit, he was a key speaker at a forum on True Federalism in Nigeria in Chicago where a book was also launched. Also in attendance was world famous Reverend Jesse Jackson. A day later, Tinubu bagged an honour, and after few days visit was made to White House in Washington to meet series of committee on development and strengthening of democracy in Africa.  Aside all these, what many people did not know however was; how large was the delegation that was in America to lend moral support to Asiwaju Tinubu. Prominent among the list of his entourage was; Oyo State governor, Abiola Ajimobi; Ekiti state governor, Kayode Fayemi and Osun state governor, Omoluabi Rauf Aregbesola who breezed in and out of the country because of other pressing matter in Osun
This magazine exclusively gathered that the company (name withheld) that was responsible for the package of the trip and the lecture had requested that all the local government and local council development areas chairmen be compelled to attend the event. A letter to the Lagos Ministry of Local Government however got approval, mandating payment of N4.5million as participation fee to the company. The charge include return ticket,  accommodation and capacity building tour of the United States. Some of the local councils that could not afford the money as we were told were debited against their monthly JAAC. In total, about N288million went into the consultant’s purse for celebration of ‘True Federalism’ in America. As at last week, none of the chairmen is yet to return to the country while officials in councils say they expect their chairmen to start arriving this week.
During one of the fora in America, it would be recalled that the Oyo state governor, Alhaji Ajimobi had called on scrapping of local governments from the constitution to pave way for rapid development in Nigeria.Truly some politicians don't deserve our respect.
Foreign Affairs / Desmond Tutu: Bush & Blair Should Face Trial At The Hague by hallmarkacademy: 9:45pm On Sep 02, 2012
LONDON (AP) — Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Desmond Tutu called Sunday for Tony Blair and George Bush to face prosecution at the International Criminal Court for their role in the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq

Tutu, the retired Anglican Church's archbishop of South Africa, wrote in an op-ed piece for The Observer newspaper that the ex-leaders of Britain and the United States should be made to "answer for their actions."

The Iraq war "has destabilized and polarized the world to a greater extent than any other conflict in history," wrote Tutu, who was awarded the Nobel prize in 1984.

"Those responsible for this suffering and loss of life should be treading the same path as some of their African and Asian peers who have been made to answer for their actions in the Hague," he added.

The Hague, Netherlands, based court is the world's first permanent war crimes tribunal and has been in operation for 10 years. So far it has launched prosecutions only in Africa, including in Sudan, Congo, Libya and Ivory Coast.

Tutu has long been a staunch critic of the Iraq war, while others opposed to the conflict — including playwright Harold Pinter — have previously called for Bush and Blair to face prosecution at the Hague.

"The then-leaders of the U.S. and U.K. fabricated the grounds to behave like playground bullies and drive us further apart. They have driven us to the edge of a precipice where we now stand — with the specter of Syria and Iran before us," said Tutu, who last week withdrew from a conference in South Africa due to Blair's presence at the event.

While the International Criminal Court can handle cases of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, it does not currently have the jurisdiction to prosecute crimes of aggression. Any potential prosecution over the Iraq war would likely come under the aggression category.

The U.S. is among nations which do not recognize the International Criminal Court.

In response to Tutu, Blair said he had great respect for the archbishop's work to tackle apartheid in South Africa, but accused him of repeating inaccurate criticisms of the Iraq war.

"To repeat the old canard that we lied about the intelligence is completely wrong as every single independent analysis of the evidence has shown," Blair said. "And to say that the fact that Saddam (deposed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein) massacred hundreds of thousands of his citizens is irrelevant to the morality of removing him is bizarre."

However, Blair said that "in a healthy democracy people can agree to disagree."

In Britain, a two-year long inquiry examining the buildup to the Iraq war and its conduct is yet to publish its final report. The panel took evidence from political leaders including Blair, military chiefs and intelligence officers. Two previous British studies into aspects of the war cleared Blair's government of wrongdoing.

The Iraq war was bitterly divisive in the U.K. and saw large public demonstrations. However, Blair subsequently won a 2005 national election, though with a reduced majority

andyanders: The best thing that will EVER happen to Nigeria is for these animals called Fulani to go their separate ways from a TRUE Nigerian and Nigeria as a whole. how can any normal human being be walking around with knife/ves stocked in under neat of their gowns and whenever they have little understanding with anybody, they will draw the knife to slaughter the person. Let them go with their cows, animals like them.
. I strongly believe as much as we have right to express our thoughts. We should always be more mature in our utterances. I think the statement these animals called Fulani is unguarded utterances and uncalled for. Am not a northerner but I know any reasonable person should not refer to Yoruba,Ibo or tribe as animals either because of one reason or other.

Friend
anyone can say his father told him one thing or the other, to buttress his sentimental and bias view. You and your father can not frame that up and throw it at us. Who knows whether you father has anything against the general?. Am not holding an brief for anyone here but why single out Buhari for the failures of Nigeria?. It is on record that his administration was the most corrupt free in Nigeria history. Your claim his afraid to act. It is a untrue. Go check the caliber of corrupt Nigeria his administration sent to jail. He is a man of integrity. He didn't help himself with Nigeria resources as others as done. He has only two houses one in logos which he bought through a federal government house loan while in office and the second in kaduna. He has never been found at any time to be corrupt. At a least this is a record anyone don't have till date. I think that will have been the reason why only Nelson Mandela and General Buhari were the only two Africa leaders that were invited for president Obama's swear- in ceremony in 2009. Till date he still remains the best president we never had. I stand to be corrected. I don't know when we will stop all these tribal de frame. To be modesty, I don't want to believe that the writer is one of the people who just hate anyone from the north. Or northern who just hate any southern for no reason. Am a southern but I wish we can all live beyond tribal prejudice and sentiment. Why don't you discuss the many failures of GEJ who has failure his one number duty as president for not been able to provide security
for lives and property of Nigeria. His administration has been the most widely alleged to be the most corrupt since 1960. He is my hero any day anytime. You need to get close to a man before you can judge him.
