I think there's nothing bad in giving your girlfriend money or buying things for her,, just that of she demands alot that's a red flag, if you truly want to be with her, try to clear her up. Don't force yourself or trying to impress her or make her happy because of money or material things. Do what you won't later regret, cut your clothes according to your size, nothing bad at all, even though she loves you truly she will still demand, but there's different type of demanding, some demand indirectly and directly, some are scared of demanding but they summon courage because they really need it.. As for me I spend the little I can on her, sometimes she feels not to bother me, and scared of asking me, but she summon courage sometimes, I Do if I want to, and if she try to misbehave she knows I got no time for nonsense, but I make her fell free to demand, I'm not scared of her demanding, she knows i got my own policy and I let her understand. I'm not the type of guy who cry over a girl. Just make your self valuable. Peace
