Sambo Dasuki and Bruce Fein!!

The famous saying "Fight corruption and corruption will fight you back" is real. Events in the last few day have shown that the fight against anti graft is the battle for the soul of this country. As the government is committed to routing corruption, the corrupt elements are ready to deploy any means to kill off the fight. So, that is what appears to have transpired in this case. Apparently, since Dasuki is being held to account, a one Bruce Fein has gone into overdrive to do a dirty PR for Dasuki and paint Buhari as a bad man.

Who is this Bruce Fein? Well, he is a notorious lobbyist who makes millions from foreign governments/corrupt individuals. He is seriously trying to divert attention from the real issue of Dasuki's alleged involvement of the Nigeria Arms Deal. The truth of the matter is that these corrupt individuals are dangerous and would stop at nothing to thwart the prosecution of their offences they committed. But unfortunately, Nigerians are wiser and can see their every move to evade justice.

During the last electioneering period, all manners of hate and vile campaign were unleashed against Buhari. They were very much in bad taste. Some said he didn't have certificate while others said he would islamise Nigeria. These were all barefaced and undiluted lies concocted to deceive the people. That is what this man called Bruce Zein is trying to do in order to thwart Dasuki's prosecution

Like the President said "he bears no ill will against anyone on past events. Nobody should fear anything from him. We are not after anyone. People should only fear the consequences of their actions."

The case against Dasuki is crystal clear. It is about corruption and the massive diversions of funds meant for the Nigeria Army to fight Bokoharam. It is also very clear that corruption held sway in the last administration and the scale beyond belief. Hiring notorious lobbyist to do the dirty work and draw public sympathy will definitely not do it. Instead Dasuki should hire good lawyers to defend him. He should prepare for court and leave President Buhari out of it.
