The long list of bad debts and non performing loans you referred to, you may want to analyze further, the classes of persons that defaulted, vis-a-vis the application of law in Nigeria.

You may have studied economics for 5 years, but from the bolded, you seem to lack the basic ideas on how the Nigerian system works.

I've never seen nor heard any one rejoicing -- at least, not at the level I've been seeing here -- when they get a loan from a bank or friend. For a novice who just bumped into this thread, he/she may mistake this loan for a freebie.
