Amaechi is particular have been relentless in running anti Igbo agenda for the benefit of his Ikwerre people, ever since he assumed his post at the FG level, and this has been made easy for him, by those of us who are desperate to have him and his ilk say they are Igbos, even if it means overlooking their undercurrent group( in this case Ikwerre) agenda that is dangerous to Ndiigbo progress.

You can see deliberate plans to frustrate our people from patronizing Enugu and start thinking of PH.
It will backfire. These people must think Ndiigbo are fools. You can imagine.

Amaechi like the rest of Nigerians see us as fools who would be used to patronize and maintain the Airport in their own lands, while doing everything possible to make us to abandon the ones in Igboland.

Mbanu! The plan backfired seriously.

Odua won the battle the moment she secured the "international airport" tag for us.
The infrastructure must come.

Igboland had it worst under Amaechi as the Transport minister.
We were totally shut out from the Chinese loan railway project, and it took a public uproar from us, to get the FG to review it.
It was also under Amaechi supervision as the minister of Transport that AIIA suffered the greatest neglect, while all effort was being made to upgrade his Ikwerre-Ijaw PH airport and foist it on us.

Many of us are now awakening to the Aku luo uno concept.
The social media has really been a blessing to Ndiigbo more than any other group.
There is no mistake about it. Ndiigbo will not accept Ph airport. Our people know better now, information dissemination made easy for advent of internet had really done us whole lots of good. Ignorance driven thinking pattern are now making way for information directed ones.
It's really a new dawn. AIIA must succeed. There is no two ways about it. It's AIIA for Ndiigbo or nothing else. We have survived the machinations of the Ikwerre man (Amaechi) and other unforeseen forces who tried to kill Our AIIA.

Not even just about the insults. But the capital flight our region would suffer, if we allow such nonsense to take place.
Airport employs people within the locality for lots of duties.
Also it opens a city to the rest of the world, making the ease of global business transaction within the region easier, which is a key factor most foreign coys and their representatives consider before investing in a region.

The importance of making AIIA a world standard international airport for Igboland, can never be underestimated.

Ndiigbo will reject fiercely, any attempt to foist Ikwerre-Ijaw Airport called Ph airport on us.
Amaechi and his ilks have already failed in their agenda to destroy whatever gains we made under Stella Oduah at AIIA.
Owerri Airport is there to serve Southern Igboland and should be upgraded to international airport in time, while Enugu should be our main air hub.

Good to see other Igbos are starting to finally understand the things we need to do to beat the huddles placed in front of us as a group.

The guy knew what he was doing! He was trying to elicit some sort of negative response, but no one had his time!

He's one of those that say Igbos should share Port Harcourt airport with those who hate our guts, while the other two major ethnic groups have one all to themselves which they can use as an enabler to accelerate economic development in their regions! This is all what 'one Nigeria' is all about!
