please o, i finally got the form, filled it and submitted online. please whats the next step please....

please house, don't laugh at me o, I'm just too confused about the process of the form, u.i just bleeped me up after waiting so long to be called for departmental exam.....i browsed the internet and saw this harmattan semester of a thing, please if it the regular postgraduate (masters) or another kind of programme entirely?. secondly, if 28 of Feb is the closing date can i still apply?.......somebody should please help as i need a urgent reply. please....i beg you... abeg
