I applied for FMAP Francophone and yet to get any response. The required age for FMAP Francophone is not more than 32.

Any materials to prepare?...was the HCP test similar to the HCP materials being distributed around?

Yes, the materials should be the same . Let's see when test invite will be sent.

Hi guys. Congratulations to those who are advancing to the Assessment Centre. For those who are yet to get a mail, please keep hope alive.

I went through the First Bank Assessment Centre in 2017 and resigned from the bank in 2021. I can see a number of you confused on what to expect. There will be multiple tasks to be done. Usually :
1. You will be assigned into groups
2. Each group will be given an article on a particular topic (financial inclusion, agriculture, banking, etc.) to discuss. They are accessing your leadership, communication skills and ability to work in teams here.
3. Questions will be asked on the article which you are expected to write an essay on based on the group discussion.
4. You will have panel interview.
5. You might be asked to make a PowerPoint presentation based on the group discussion . This used to be part of the task but recently it has not being. So I cannot assertain of it will be part of the tasks.

I will be doing a free Assessment Centre Simulation for the selected candidates. If you are interested in the Simulation, kindly send a DM or mail to hardhelt@yahoo.com with the screenshot of your assessment centre notification mail attached.

It is a paid role.

I am not certain of the amount.

I took the test also.

Cos point 4 under important notice allows it, while point 3 under d not allowed section does not

Physical calculator will not be allowed into the test room, but there will be on screen calculator for your use on the system.

Good morning house. I just spoke with one of the HR representative. His reply to my enquiry was that people are being brought in batches and that those that have not gotten the TS mail will get it soon.
The reply sounds diplomatic but that's the update from my end.

Please, what units can a graduate trainee choose from or be posted to at firstbank?
