So I get to the bank and then I was told that I had to write a formal letter. I did that, only to be told by the customer care agent that what she is seeing on her dashboard is $225.70?

Where did the remaining $20 go? I had to wait for my account officer to come, who then told me that the bank charges must have come from undeveloped.

I messaged Simon who told me that they settle charges with their bank at their end, that any other expense must be from the intermediate bank and my bank.

I am confused where the missing funds went to. I was not told of any charges by Zenith bank via their Twitter account.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

when you could have easily use bitcoins to withdraw. You get your funds same day and at a higher rate though not stable. Did one 2 days ago, N345 per dollar. Simply tell Simon in the chat box that you would prefer to use bitcoins to receive your funds and he will honor it.

It was said sometime ago on this thread that they dont allow bitcoin for first transaction, that was why i didnt bother to ask for it. Thanks anyways

All Nigerian bank can receive funds aboard, so fix in another bank you have for your next transaction.

Contacted their CC to complain and was asked where the inflow is coming from.

Yeah, there is something you don't know which is that you can select any language on any rom.

Take for instance, on the global rom, you can set your language to Chinese or French or Arabic and your phone will be in the selected language.
Likewise on the chinese rom, you can select English as a language and your phone will be in English.

Chinese Rom doesn't mean Chinese language.
