The difference is perhaps the state of their hearts, because God looks at the heart, so if He already saw that they were not sincere in their hearts and therefore won't believe regardless, He won't even bother.

However God has shown overtime that He is willing to prove or reveal Himself to anyone who sincerely desires and seeks to know Him, as He did to this atheist turned believer.

So it's that sincerity of the heart that any atheist who really wants God to do the same for him needs.

from that screenshot you posted, how does that show that I stopped being an atheist. I have NEVER stoped being an atheist since my eyes opened in 2011/2012.

I do welcome Christians and even listen to preachers. It is a philosophical exercise for me. There is a lot to learn.

He was bashing religion (belief in God) again, while the other stopped pretending and became a real believer in God (religious) so no longer atheist.
