Guus Hiddink's second term in charge of the Netherlands national team has come to an end as his contract was terminated by mutual consent, the Dutch Football Association (KNVB) announced.

The 68-year-old replaced Louis van Gaal at the helm of the Oranje to lead them to Euro 2016 in France.

However, some poor results and performances saw Hiddink put under pressure early on.

Netherlands are currently third in their Euro 2016 qualifying group, sitting five points behind leaders Iceland, to whom they lost 2-0 in October last year.

In Hiddink's last game, the Dutch surrendered a 3-1 lead to lose 4-3 to the USA in Amsterdam in June.

"Guus Hiddink and the KNVB have decided to terminate the contract of national coach on 1 July," a statement from Dutch football's governing body read.

"The agreement between the federation and national team coach began on August 1, 2014 and would continue until the 2016 European Championship in France."

Hiddink himself said he was sorry his second spell with the national team did not go well.

"I'm sorry it went this way," he said. "It was an honour to be coach of the Netherlands again.

"I wish my successor, the staff and squad the best of luck on their way to the European Championships in France."

The KNVB announced when Hiddink was appointed that Danny Blind would succeed him after Euro 2016. It has not been confirmed if Blind will succeed him immediately or an interim coach will be hired

Guys do u knw u get get either 50,100,200mb of data from airtel simply by dialling *141*12*50#, *141*13*100#, *141*12*200# respectively. I don't knw. If this is actually frm airtel but a friend told me and I tried it but it was the 100mb own that has worked most on me and my friend's fone.Try it now who knws maybe u may be lucky to get 200mb FREE.

@Godiskind what they did that pained me most was that they really delayed me. But did u knw that the policeman that stopped me also do not knw where d engine no is located too because if he does he wouldn't av wasted my time that day,imagine u askin sm1 for something u also do not knw where it is,which u're meant to.I now knw where the engine no is,tnx to our mechanic

This happened to me abt a month ago when I went out with my dad's car,not d first time though. Maybe because I dressed lovely this day,made the police man stopped me. Asked me to open the booth which I did. He later asked for vehicle particular and my driver licence which I gave him.next tin he said I shud open bonnet. Apart from driving the car I don't av any bizness with engine no or chasis no,even my dad do not know where these are talkless me. So the policeman said the chasis no is in place of the engine no(he also does not know where it is) I ended up in their station that day. At the end of the day it was our mechanic who know where it is and another policeman that confirmed it or else they would have arrested me for stealing car.
