Med students don't offer maths in 100l but you will take all other basic science courses as bms/life sc (only thing is no F is allowed in 100l or u are out of the department)

its before 2nd semester exam.. Its done like that so that The school will have enough time to roll out admission list, do clearance and other things in record time before the start of a new session(Because there's always a school calendar and they would want everything in line)..

I thought post ume usually take place after 2nd semester exam [which this yr is btw june ending or july]

I don't really know much about it as it is different from pume but I know it is a one year programme(2 semester) where you are taught core A - level course and graded with Points According to performance (test & exam). At the end of which, you are expected to accumulate specific Points to gain Entry into 200level in ur desired course including med i suppose

non-refundable application fee of
fifteen thousand naira (N 15,000.00)

Platform at any branch of the
following banks: First Bank, Wema
Bank nationwide. The fee excludes
bank charges. Candidates making
payment are to obtain a Pin
Transaction Receipt which should
contain a Pin Code. With the PIN
CODE, Log on to University of Benin
Website: www.uniben.edu. and click
on the Foundation Programme Link to
complete the application form online
and upload a recent coloured
passport size photograph (scanned,
not more than 3 months old
passport) with red background.
Webcam photograph is not
acceptable. Submit the online
application form and print out a copy
of the examination schedule slip
which should have your user name
and password.
Note:
(i) Fill your Bio-Data correctly as no
complaint about wrong bio-data will
be entertained after submission.
(ii) Candidates who upload wrong
bio-data will be disqualified and
forfeit admission fee.
(iii) Only coloured print out will be
accepted.
(iv) Print at least 4 copies of the
University of Benin online registration
form with complete passport size
photograph printed in colour.
(v) Bring the same passport size
photograph used for the online
registration to the screening exercise
and for registration after offer of
admission.
(vi) All candidates are required to
use valid e-mail addresses and

PROGRAMME.
Joint Universities Preliminary
Examinations Board (JUPEB)
Certificate enables candidates to gain
Direct Entry Admission into 200 level
of the degrees offered by the
University of Benin and other JUPEB
– affiliated Universities in Nigeria
and universities abroad. The JUPEB
Certificate is equivalent to the
Advance Level GCE or the Old Higher
School Certificate (HSC) or IJMB.
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION :
Each candidate admitted into the
programme will be exposed to an
intensive academic work in three
subject combinations relevant to their
desired field of study. The subjects
are broken into four courses labeled
001, 002, 003 & 004 with each
candidate taking six courses per
semester making a total of twelve
courses at the end of the
programme. In addition, candidates
will also take at least two general
studies courses (one per semester).
Each course will be examined at the
end of each semester but the results
in all the courses taken will be
merged at the end of the second
semester to obtain a letter grade in
each subject (i.e. A, B, C, D, E & F).
The general studies to be chosen by
each candidate will be based on
general courses relevant to the field
of study.
For admission into the University of
Benin and other JUPEB affiliate

Yea bro,its enough But truth be told, MBBS is very competitive.They have about 12,884 aspirants this year and I heard from a good source that they won't admit more than 150 students.


And Uniben has the highest number of Aspirants this year.

Thanks Bishop10, I know there is stiff competition everyyear, just that jamb mess up our scores this year, 237 is not suppose to be my score at all & yet na the course still dey my mind.

There's no such thing as "cut off mark" at the moment. Those marks are a function of the general performance for the particular year.

You really want mbbs? Then read, study as if your life depends on it, and by August you will be clearing for medicine.

At moment, you need to score above 84 in PUTME to be sure of the course.

Uniben releases a second list and even third list of admission, each with different factors.
Obviously she got in from the second list, due to quota system.

GO TO ENGINEERING DEPT (to find d dept, pass the left side of the auditorium, thats d black building in middle facing maingate after the lawns & flower when u first enter d sch.

after trecking pass d left side of d auditorium, u will meet a building 500LT (or 1000LT i don't remember which) TURN LEFT in the road that pass in front of d 500lt

d road is c shaped, don’t go too far, immediatedly turning, enter the road (dept) at ur left (there is a mast & trees around the dept)

NOW U ARE IN ENGINEERING DEPT,

TO FIND ADEC, IMMEDIATELY ENTERING
THE ROAD LEADING TO THE DEPT, COUNT THE BUILDING IN YOUR RIGHT, THE 2ND BIULDING TO YOUR RIGHT IS ADEC, the building is small, beautifull and far back in the right.

WISH U ALL SUCCESS and remember try pass english + any non-calculation subject very well.
