@bright and others, uniben slated medicine and dentistry on saturday  3rd sept. what do think, is it 4 formality or to offer life science course to student ?.

thanks, mr nononsense 4 pasting it here, d form and date is out. BUT what supprise me is they listed medicine and dentistry among course to write for on saturday 3rd sept. Is it for formality or they will admit into medicine?

GUYS, just read it somewhere on d net that uniben management said no medicine for this year.dis is what i read o,uniben did'nt tell me in my ear. The article was dated 11th july 2011. It seems to b true. I guess unigrad and bright007 were right afterall.

THE CULPRIT:they are yet to fulfill the requirement of nuc medical accreditation.

ONE MORE THING. in uniben post ume, sometimes ur score don't reflect ur effort in d exam.the way they mark it or manipulate it is mysterious. Sometimes.they give people their real score

(jamb/8 + pume/2)=ADMISSION SCORE
medicine require admi score of 70 and above.
Ur course might require a little less
the point is u real jamb score is 30 after dividing.
U need to add ,37 38 or if possible more in pume when divided by 2.i.e U NEED TO SCORE 75 77 AND ABOVE. microbiology is one of lowly competitive course in science in fact many people denied medicine are dumped in MCB,BCH and others. YOUR SWIFT ANSWER

@BRIGHT007, THANX.  i am a uniben student too. those  medical student waiting 4 path and pharm exam   AND mbbs has written their exam. UNIBEN HAS BEEN RESTORED ACCREDITATION.
apart frm u are a uniben student, any concrete proof PLEASE? i know it is likely so but i need proof

Guys,Compare to last yr jamb,did more people do well dis yr?. it also affect admission into ur course of choice.
NOTE:I AM NOT AGAINST OTHER PEOPLE DOIN WELL IN THEIR EXAM.

hi guys, gudmorning. FOR THOSE OF US WHO DID'NT SCORE TOO WELL IN JAMB (including me) AND GOIN 4 A COMPETITIVE COURSE. the only option is to read WIDE and OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

believe it or not,the wider u read,the more likely they will set question frm what u read.

if u finish textbook and read it over and over again,the more likely u will remember that day

@UNIGRAD,THANKS FOR THE INFO BUT i myself is an opt student in uniben @ higher level than my bro.this is not my 1st time of writing pume in uniben.about 6 of my former coursemates are in medicine @ diff levels and 4 others was among those posted to other course last yr.i also hav friends in physio and ur course(100L. my point is it was 2 set of 400L waiting 4 pathology and pharm exams and 2 set of 300L waiting mbbs.and no 500L last yr. THIS YEAR ,the higher 400L has writin thier exam and the higher 300L just wrote their mb.there is nothing like two 100Level. even the 600 has written their exam. ABOUT MY BRO NOT PROMOTED IS FUNNY TO ME because HE IS JACKIN GUYTON,LIPPINCOTT,O LUCAS AND GILLS,STEDMAN ETC FOR HIS MB.

i read in the nigerian observer(online) that uniben medical school hav been given accreditation on 7th march 2011 at the mdcn 15th general meeting. WHY THEN WOULD UNIBEN REFUSE TO ADMIT INTO MEDICINE THIS YEAR(2011/2012)?

it is not funny, my friend after writing utme earlier said it was simpler than last year (he got 289 last yr) only to find out he got 243 this yr.he is goin 4 medicine in uniben.

did jamb in any way deduct from some people's mark this year?
