tracking the DHL delivery number.. The track said in ibadan since yesterday morning but still nothing received from them... Anytime I have it I'll surely update here

Good evening.. honestly, i really appreciate everyone on dis thread for their contribution... i really don't know how to appreciate you all.. Tnx and Tnx.. and now to the issue, i received call from @bdemix dis afternoon and said he want us to sort things out... i said ok.. he said another samsung note 20 ultra is available and in @omicpet office... i said ok... he said he would like to release the phone for me..he now went on to said i should help out with something.. just anything i can to help out... as for me, i just want everything sort out so we can move on.. i told him i will send him 100k... the way he actually asked the money is reasonable to me... he said .. can i help with any amount... i have the right to say no ... but we just have to sort things out without any force and move on... then it now comes to the waybill.. he asked if i can go to omicpet office to pick up the phone.. i told him he should tell omicpet to also help in handling that... me and bdemix agreed on using DHL to do the delivery which he asked for my address and i forward it to him... he already sent the DHL waybill number to me 1 hour ago... i told him immediately i receive the phone, i will send the 100k to him.. so any day or time i receive the phone, he will surely receive the money... anytime i receive the phone, i will drop the pictures and everything here and the moderators can now decide to close or delete the thread after that.. once again, i really appreciate all the members here including the guests that follow up since yesterday.. i really tnx you all..

let assume you believed what he told you... but ask him if the message is for him... i wont agreed on such delivery and sent my details and i dont have any reason to sent 4k for such delivery

the phone itself is 370k and i sent 374k and i sent you my home address which i upload here yesterday... why would sent you 4k and my home address if we agreed on that park delivery? ... i mentioned it here yesterday ... when i called you that a man called me about a package around 7.30pm ... that i'm confused because i don't know which package is that... you talked about you still waiting for the waybill number and you'll reach out to omicpet .. and you yourself said why 7.30pm ... you don't make use of standard delivery and you still end up sending the package around 7.30pm lagos to ibadan... i end up sleeping inside feeling station ... when i paid you 4k... you just have to be honest with your words and stop all dis trying to look innocent of a thing... you guys are at fault here and my only question to the seniors here is ... what's the way forward

1.you told him to contact omic office and which he did ? Okay who was the dispatch amount (4000) paid to ?
2. You say you don’t help people in delivery outside the jurisdiction of Lagos , but you did assist him in delivering the item ? And I’d ask again who was the 4000 naira delivery fee sent to ?
3. You had no awareness that omic used a garage to send item and buyer said you where contacting your shipping company ? Is omic a shipping company that specializes within and outside the jurisdiction of Lagos ?
4. If you had no awareness of the mode of which the item was sent , and your final destination has always been omic office , the burden of proof is no longer on the buyer to prove anything because he never received his item !!! Please you and omic should discuss and provide the item please. Buyer never got the item , buyer doesn’t even have awareness it was dispatched via a garage , buyer doesn’t even have the driver number till a call came in ....or know the driver to the extent of even receiving the driver number before the driver took off .... so abeg make una sort bring this phone out or the refund

i don't contact omipect please... i told him i don't know omicpet that all i just want is the phone to my house ... i start calling omicpet when the driver called me 7.30pm just to ask him why such thing...

Drivers are not our employees , park waybills is traditional method of forwarding items via means of drivers who ply the route , once item has been handed to a driver( who in turn receives payment for his service to deliver ) and communication between driver and recipient has been established , item delivery is now sole responsibility of the driver to the receiver and receivers responsibility to receive his item from driver .

There my friend is one of the reasons why they are other unique services .

Now I’ll ask you a question ,

Can you be liable for an item that’s not in your jurisdiction or under the jurisdiction of your coy .

Our service ended at the point of handing item to driver and at point where driver established communication with the receiver .

i heard you are not running your bussiness inside your room.. you have a company and staff ... so i expect you should know better than dis honestly...

i will like those handling the situation to kindly say something dis morning about the way forward

you know dis is from you guys.. i sent you 4k remeber? and i don't paid such amount of money for such waybill ... now you're trying not to talk about the home address i sent you again... even at that, why will you guys use such delivery for 370k phone and you called him your brother and he end up messing up with 370k phone..

I gave him my terms and conditions that my final destination is omipet office and I told him his item could be picked at omipet office with a code to claim his item and if peradventure he is not chance, any of his relatives could come for the pick up on his behalf which he told me he doesn't have anyone and I told him to contact omipet who is the handler of logistics and of course I wasn't aware of how he got omipet number.

(Anyone here who has bought TLC from me knows perfectly well that I don't handle their shipment out of Lagos but always direct them to contact omipet with respect to delivery out of Lagos).

There was no discussion between him and I about home delivery, getting a waybill number and about mode of delivery but all he said was for me to assist him pay for the delivery of his item to ibadan.

I was not aware the item was sent through garage,I only received a call from the buyer around 7:30pm that a driver called him from lagos that his item would be delivered to him in ibadan that they should try and meet at a place in ibadan. The buyer told me that he's also expecting another item from Lagos State but not too sure if the item the driver called him for is from omipet or from someone else, I couldn't reach Omic at that night to confirm if it was his item that was sent through garage

now ... you yourself should go through dis your write up again slowly and tell me we agreed on park dilevery ... you said you tried to reach your shipping company if it was my package they sent... if you are really sure we both agreed on park delivery, why trying to reach him?

OP from everything discussed here, it's obvious the seller and the shipper are trying to play the smart card and absolve themselves of responsibility and accountability. If you can, please arrest them and make sure they pay in full including the money you use to mobilize the uniformed men.

very funny... when the driver arrived yesterday and bdemix told me to call omicpet ... omipect is asking me if i send address... i upload the address i sent since yesterday ... but he dont even bother to talk about the pictures
