Good initiative but poor execution and timing are the twin problems affecting this nation of which the Lagos government is playing a big part.Government at all levels should realise that they have failed the coming generations in every aspect of governance.Lagos state government should provide an enabling environment that encourages better utilisation of skills and talents as obtainable in other parts of the world.Simply put,government should copy all the good things in developed countries,instead of copying partly to her advantage.
