The National Youth Success Camp of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry commences on Tuesday August 23 across the nation and all over the continent. Thousands of youths will participate in the programme, which will provide free lodging and feeding for participants. A statement by national coordinator of the programme, Dr. Peter Elias, said the convener of the camp is General Superintendent of the church, Pastor Williams Kumuyi. Kumuyi, he recalled, started the annual programme as a free vacation school 30 years ago to assist students of secondary schools and colleges in Mathematics. According to him: “Over the years, the event has evolved into an annual summer camping programme with the overall objective of unravelling the secrets of all round success to youths, based on godly and biblical values.” The theme of this year’s edition is making youths unconquerable. It holds in major cities of Nigeria and other nations in Africa for five days.
