the payment is done in skye bank in the Ministry s account, but before payment you do the search which is also paid there. after u get the report n its free then you make an App ication and fill form 1, form 2 authorization form and bromide page if it has a logo.

the truth is it takes about a month to get ur acceptance. and i will like to state that we do the following,
Trademarks, designs and patent registration. which are all different with diff pricing. for patent, there is local n foreign.
but the topic for discussion is TM and that is the pricing.

I am a Registrar at the Tm registry. send your contacts and d ill advise you on how to go about it. as i stated earlier, the price is 15 k and we have 2 methods of Filling online and IPas. the search fee is I k. avoid being scammed.

The price is 15 k and also a search fee of 1k before registration to be sure it is free and no similar mark exists.
