I honestly don't know, but Kedro said he's been using it for a while without a problem.

I won't advice anyone to leave money in his or her bank even if you have started paying back because the moment they site huge money in your bank account they will use GSI to debit believing you have enough money to pay but delaying. It is better to transfer your money to opay and the likes or a different bank from yours while u continue to settle the loan.
Thank you.

I have emptied my First Bank account and will be using Opay henceforth till I'm able to clear what is left.

They'll try it again after a while until the full payment is retrieved. What was your total loan amount. And was it only first bank you had funds.

Check your payment schedule or the ibank to better understand your loan.
My total loan amount was 400k and I had 300k in my First Bank account and a little above 13k in my Opay account.

220k was deducted from the First Bank account.

I have tried checking the payment schedule on the portal and it's confusing.

Though, I followed an advise you gave someone earlier on the thread to check with crc and my outstanding balance came back as 247k and some change.

Yes you can. Make sure it's your own nirsal bank account
Please, do you know if the GSI recovery process will be stopped once one starts crediting one's nirsal bank account.

220,179 was deducted from my First Bank account last night and I can't remember receiving any messages from the bank prior.
