Happy noin ur issue is fixed........

Here is d update for future reference:
FOR THE BENEFITS OF THOSE WHO WANNA BACKUP THERE ROM B4 APPLYING ANY TWEAKS ON R7" INSTALL CLOCKWORKMOD RECOVERY ON TECNO R7.

hauza12:

(1) Download any file manager application, install on phone. Preferably ES file explorer from play store Or here is a link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/90om7rvd5kijwwr/com.estrongs.android.pop-202-v3.1.2.apk
(2) Download mobile uncle tools from play store, install on phone. Or here is a link:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ibcfhetem0xzhup/Mobileuncle%20Tools-com.mobileuncle.toolbox-331-v20140111v2.9.9.apk
(3) Download R7 recovery image, here is the link:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/88xjc0mntfaf2oc/Tecno%20R7%20cwm%20recovery.img?dl=0
Then, after downloading the recovery image, rename it as recovery.img
Now, launch es file explorer and place the recovery.img file in the root of your sd (do not put in any folder, just let it stand alone)
(4) launch mobile uncle tools, should demand root assess, grant it. Now, click on recovery update on mobile uncle tool, phone would come up with a suggestion to update recovery and booth into recovery, allow it.......
(5) Finally, phone should booth into clockworkmod recovery mode......just scroll up and down by the use of your volume keys and use power bottom to click on backup and restore, then click on backup option, phone should automatically backup up the necessary files...
(6) Wait a while for the backup to complete, after complete backup, phone should notify u that backup complete. Than just click on reboot system!!!!!!!!!
U NOW OWN A BACKUP, GO AHEAD, TOY WITH AN FILE, U ARE GOOD TO GO........THE VERY MOMENT U ARE BRICKED OR PHONE MISBEHAVING JUST BOOTH INTO RECOVERY AND RESTORE YOUR BACKUP!!!!!! ANDROID IS FUN MY DEAR BROTHERS.

Sorry for ur inconveniences, seems u got something wrong along d line......Most importantly, dat post was tampered wit, that wasn't the recovery image i initially uploaded with my post, don't have confidence on that recovery image...Please try this instead https://www.dropbox.com/s/88xjc0mntfaf2oc/Tecno%20R7%20cwm%20recovery.img?dl=0 its 10mb in size. So, any development?

Changing cracked r7 screen officially cost #8700 from carlcare lagos and u need to wait 3 weeks b4 it's been changed.....( A friend changed his few weeks back)

@ Seunpayne, thanks for d good and hard work so far its been highly appreciative.......Concerning your post on unbricking fone i been having 2 problems. l cant download the d MT655xx_use_Drivers, there is no downloading option for that. Secondly, concerning d flash tools_1312, d second download option(file) named backup data, when u click to download files IT says no file available dat its just an empty folder. Please address this its very urgent cus its a life saving issue........... .. .? Once again thanks!

sumbody,help with detailed information on rooting n7.......downloaded unlockroot downloader but tecno was not among listed phones or could there be a specified vertion for n7...?
