Dear Future Wife,

Hope you are very well. 😊

Perhaps you need to keep an open mind because your future husband may be someone you already know.

It’s possible you have been walking past your future husband every day, without you knowing it.

He may be someone you already know, but you’ve just not been paying attention to him because he doesn’t look like anything important to you today. Instead, you’ve been looking elsewhere.

You may need to keep an open mind and look again. You may need to change your unrealistic expectations and standards as far as your future husband is concerned.

For your information, your future husband may not be presented to you already made, with all the qualities you would like to see in your desired future husband.

If there is a guy who you know or who is interested in you, and he has at least the basic qualities you would like to see in your desired future husband, then I strongly think the guy is worth a second look, and should be given an audience. Hear what he has to say to you. Listen to what he has got to offer you.

Is he productive? Does he have a job or a business from which he earns a regular income? Is he teachable? What are his visions for the future? What are the things he has on the ground now? Do the things he has on the ground now reflect that he is capable of achieving his visions for the future and on schedule?

If they do; if he is productive; if he has something doing from which he earns a regular income; and if he is teachable; then I strongly think you should think twice before you turn him down. For all you know, he may just be the answer to your prayer for your future husband in disguise.

You may be shocked to see what he will look like and what will become of him in the next six months, one year or five years. He may look fresher and become richer because of productivity.

That’s exactly why you need to ask God to open your eyes; so that you can start looking at your potential future husband based on how he could be or how he should be in the next couple of months or years; and not just how he is today.

Take a few moments and ponder on these things.

The man you choose to marry will either make or break you!

Just in case you didn’t know, the man you choose to marry will either make or break you. He will either make you better or bitter. He will either make you happier or more miserable. He will either make the rest of your life here on earth a taste of heaven or a living hell.

I believe that after you are saved, the next most important decision you will have to make in your life has to do with the kind of man you choose to marry.

If you submit your talents, skills, beauty, glory, achievements, anointing or future to a “pig,” you will eventually end up in the mud, because that’s where a “pig” belongs.

But if, on the other hand, you submit you gifts, skills, beauty, glory, achievements, anointing or future to a “king,” you will eventually end up in a palace, because that’s where a “king” belongs.

Little wonder so many married women have found themselves in the “mud” in their marriage today, when they could have been in the “palace” in their marriage enjoying life with their husband (even during challenging times).

If only they had made the right choice…

Never let that happen to you, my sister.

But then again, the choice is entirely yours because like I told you the other day, God has given you the freedom to choose whoever you want to spend the rest of your life with as your husband.

So, you’ve got to be very careful who you choose as your future husband.

This is exactly why I believe you need to learn how to choose the right man for you. It is not every man that comes your way that is right for you, even if he is tall, dark, handsome, nice, religious, and rich.

Please, I beg of you. 🙏 Don't let the fact your biological clock is ticking or some of your well-meaning friends and family members to pressurize you to marry that man that you and I know is not good for you.

If you marry him, it will only end in unnecessary tears, pains, and regrets!

You don't want that for yourself, do you?

Why should you even want that when the help you need in order to get found by your desired future husband, who is good for you, is finally here? 🤷‍♂️

And it's not the first time something like this would happen. It happens almost every time she gets back from a wedding ceremony. She doesn't like feeling this way, but she can't seem to help it. If she had her way, she would stop attending weddings.

Mabel was Jane's school daughter back in secondary school. When Jane was in S.S.S. 3, Mabel was still in J.S.S. 1. But Jane was obviously happy for her.

During the wedding reception earlier that day, Jane came across a few of her old secondary schoolmates who are now married and with children.

Jane is a successful, brilliant, beautiful and godly lawyer in a reputable law firm in the city of Port Harcourt, who seems to have it all except for the fact that she currently doesn't have a man in her life.

She has had five failed relationships in the past. The one that still lingers in her memory is her last failed relationship with Bode, which she had sincerely hoped would lead to marriage, because of how much they both loved each other and how long they had been together before things started to gradually fall apart between them.
