madgoat:
Thanks, i later got in touch with their customer care agent via email. This was the email they sent to me :

Hello sir,

Possible winnings means

highest possible winnings you can get by placing a particular set of bets,it doesn't mean that it is the actual amount you would win for placing that bet.

You staked with N10,your winning is 240 not 2400.if you had staked higher with N100,your winning would have been 2400.

I hope you understand better now sir,you have not been cheated sir,You can trust us at Winnersgoldenchance.

Hi my ogas in d house, plz explain something to me. I am new to lotto so pardon my question.
I played Goldenchance lotto online ytday (monday special) with perm 2 from 5 with N10 and from the site the possible winnings is N2, 400

My bet numbers i played were : 10 23 73 78 74

The winning numbers were : 90 58 59 10 23

When i checked online, I found out two of my numbers had won (10, 23) and i was expecting that they would credit my account with N2, 400 but i was surprised to see that i was only credited with N240.
Plz can someone urgently explain if N240 is the right amount for them to have paid me

a moniker boldly told me his crew started creating new monikers after the last year contest.

Dygeasy, I hope your voting rules will be different this year. Monikers after the last year contest should be void. Just my opinion tho.
