All PayPal exchanger help me look into this issue contact this moniker for fund I pay him to supply for me but he supply fund that is not clean to me and immediately I receive the fund not upto two hour my account was limited

I contacted him immediately and told him I want to refund so that he will send fund to me to another PayPal account but he told me the account he use to send fund to me where also limited immediately he send out the fund to me

But initially he accepted refund from me but on one condition that he will he use the two account to make transaction before I refund now he telling the two account are limited

He use two pounds account to send out the fund to me one bear joy Mike and the other joy lane and also the two account email correspond


Now his leaving me out in lost claiming is my own PayPal account not strong yet I want to make the issue silent I ask him to send me 100$ gns again I will pay him weekend so that I can settle the guy that pay me to get the fund but he keep on turning me


This someone have been selling fund to him without him getting issue from me

Even when I sold fund to him one certain time his later come and meet me that his account was limited that he will refund back to me so that I will help him send out to another account I help him out


Now please help me ask him why are his two account that he used to sell fund to me limited at the same time with my own PayPal account

And why are the both account bearing similar name joy Mike and joy lane

It was gathered that a particular filling station (total) was designated for that polling unit and that’s what the INEC staff have as details but unfortunately the filling station has been demolished and the INEC staff didn’t know that... they were set up at another (total filling station) close to the original one (which they didn’t know existed) ...

They had to move to the location where the demolished one used to be when callsstared getting to them and the place was described to them...

Are they supposed to discard the votes of people who already voted at the initial location they set up?
