FrontPageLawyer: You're richly blessed Justwise. For question 7. the other kid has no passport, but it seems it's compulsory to fill in something in the field, it can be left empty, keeps returning, maybe i'm not doing something right there.

For the child without passport just put N/A
Avoid putting in the wrong/fake passport number as it may cause problems if you intend to get the child a UK visa in future.
