1 peter 3 vs 7: Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

But quoting this to him is not enough, you need to also read the qualities expected to be exhibited by those in love in 1 corinthians 13. I will advise you to concentrate on building these qualities in your life and they will reflect on your husband's attitude.
Finally, remember that when you show a man (husband) real and true love he will be a putty in your hands and will go extra miles to make you happy. All the best.

I heard it is good and brings them closer but I like to have my own space. I am not keen on sharing a room with anyone. I would rather have my own room to maintain my own space but we will sleep together everynight.
