With the way they lock everywhere down you'd think the d government is really fighting hard to contain the pandemic. To me, they are only looting hard. Just 5,000 tests in over a month?

I am not surprised tho...if politicians are letting people get slaughtered by bokoharam just so they can embezzle money meant for arms then the same guys can allow covid-19 kill people and will rather embezzle the funds meant for fighting the pandemic. But unfortunately for them, corona virus is no boko haram that targets remote villages and the poor...in fact , corona starts with the biggest cities and the elites. Lives over looting please. If the poor should all die y'all elites will have to go farm yourselves coz even with your money you won't find food to buy.
