This is quite different from polygamy

A polyamorous person might have or might be open to having multiple romantic partners. Polygamy, on the other hand, involves being married to multiple partners.

The other day,Will Smith's daughter Willow Smith reaveled she was in a polyamorous realtionship and that kept social media buzzing for some few days
