Nonsense. Why should a Yoruba man be the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State? When was the last time a South South or other region served as Commissioner of Police in Lagos State? Some of these imbalances cannot be condoned. |
axglide:I don't know what some of you smoke. What kind of question is this? How are they not better than you? In what indices of human development, societal development, economic standing and everything else does Nigeria come remotely close to New Zealand? |
T9ksy:All the fake 'omo boy' and 'educated and urbane' pretensions you Yoruba guys put up have been exposed, thanks to this cycle. I naively didn't read any meaning to it when you lot adamantly supported Buhari in 2015 because your brother Osibanjo was on the ticket. I had reservations, but I just felt it was a genuine, even if ill informed and questionable political choice. But after the calamity that the APC and Buhari was for eight years, and in spite of the clear dubiousness and crooked criminality of the tainted character they call BAT, the fact that you all again shamelessly supported him and the APC was just too much to bear. That because of nothing more than tribalism and ethnic bias, you lot could not see the glaring truth that Peter Obi is a far more decent, competent and electable candidate - a clean break from the corrupt politics of your useless Tinubu, showed that there is no point pretending to be cool with you. No further evidence was needed that you assholes are worse than snakes and cannot be tolerated. Now get lost. Wouldn't dignify any of you with another response. |
I have gone to great lengths to weed out even longstanding associates, almost entirely from the Yoruba ethnicity, who I know for sure supported Buhari and in spite of all that happened, still went ahead to support Tinubu. Call me whatever you like, but I can't bring myself to feel secure in the company of such jaundiced, dangerously bigoted, bone-headed pieces of thrash. I have weeded every single one of them out of my space. And even if any of them were dying in my presence and my saliva will be sufficient to save their lives, I wouldn't waste a drop of it on them. Rubbish. |
APC under Buhari and this shit faced idiot holding power now have completely destroyed this country and eroded the gains of democracy achieved under the PDP. Democracy effectively died with Jonathan's exit. I recall the monthly/quarterly LIVE /interactive media chats held by successive PDP presidents - Obasanjo, even the terminally ill Yar'Adua, Jonathan. This was entrenched as culture, to demonstrate that the president was in tune with current realities and to provide an opportunity for him to directly address some of the most pressing concerns at any given time. Now since Buhari and even more so now, what we have had are very evasive, apathetic, morbidly arrogant, completely detached animals in human skin claiming to be phantom presidents who isolate themselves with scornful glee from the populace they purport to lead. |
Seems Punch, a Yoruba newspaper, is joining the doomed ronu solidarity movement. Otherwise what sort of rubbish headline is "onanuga, Obi clash"? Who the hell is the disgusting nonentity onanuga? He can clash with the likes of Portable or Bobrisky. Obi is not his mate. |
It is actually quite irritating how these low self esteem idiots always rant that Igbos are "claiming" Lagos. I don't understand it. Which Igbo man isn't proud of his state of origin and ethnicity? Is any Igbo man jostling to be Oba of Lagos or what? People do their business, buy property with their hand earned money, invest, and generally go about their way, yet you are feeling threatened. Claiming "host" and accommodator. How? You dash anybody free land? If anything, it is the Igbos and other Nigerians living and doing business in Lagos who give value to the land. It is the vast population of Nigerians as a collective who generate wealth for Lagos. Even though the state benefitted immensely and even unfairly from its status as administrative, political and economic capital of Nigeria for several decades, nobody is dragging with indigenes of Lagos especially with regard to the perks of indigeneship. Let the real indigenes of Lagos stand up and own up. Enough of other Yoruba interlopers making grating noise and forming mgbaati solidarity and tribal condensation when matters concerning Lagos State come up, |
Sharpsharp00123:There's nothing to discuss with you, since you're obviously a half wit. But leave the empty threats to your tribal leaders (who you have no access to). You're not in a position to "show pepper" to anybody. You wey never chop belle full. If e sure for you, drop your identity and location in Lagos, and I will get some small 'omo ibos' to run you out of that Lagos, back to your Ekiti or wherever, never to return. |
Sharpsharp00123:Calabar that was capital of 'Southern Nigeria' protectorate from 1900–1906 is what you're asking such a stupid question about? What's wrong with you people? Is this willful ignorance, malicious stupidity or what exactly? |
Ekiti pauper doing menial job in Lagos wants to revoke the C of O of an Igbo man's lawful property in Lagos.. "Lagosians" (like him and his fellow Ekiti jesters) want to show Igbos resident in Lagos who really owns Lagos. Is this not a joke? Who is a Lagosian? |
stonemasonn:The fact that most Yorubas consider Lagos their 'ancestral' home or shared heritage, including the Otiboju clown up there, is what I find most bemusing. Talking about 'host'. Who or what are Yorubas hosting in their Okitipupa or Iragbiji? Lagos is a Nigerian creation, and the Igbos have the right to mouth off their contribution to the territory as a former long standing capital of the country. Same way they are doing now in Abuja. It has always been about Lagos. I don't know why every poverty stricken Yoruba element would crawl out of their huts in Ekiti, Oyo or Ogun states and be putting mouth in what doesn't concern them as per ronu solidarity. Let the few Lagos State indigenes come out and stand up to be counted. |
After your mgbaati brother has destroyed the country, you're now looking for 'expo'. Peter Obi or Atiku aren't the President of Nigeria. Your brother is the president. You can't pick brains at this point. Tell your druggy dirtbag tinumpoo to grow a brain and deal with the problem. Elections have consequences.! |
After buying the dip, it gets dipper, again and again. One can't be sure when is the dippest dip. But it's all good. Only long term players with stamina can survive this game. |
God forbids that one's car gets to break down at night on any of these lonely Abuja roads (especially 7pm to 11pm ish. I'd say midnight till 4am is even safer). It's a dreadful experience. Best thing to do is to immediately exit the vehicle and walk/run as quickly as you can ahead ahead by the flanks. I guess the SUV broke down on the road and yet the occupants stayed put inside. |
You're better off buying meme coins than investing in Nigeria's shitty stock market. |
Blaze14k:Apart from jointly forming the party, Tinubu was an integral part of the Buhari government. His boy, his hand picked nominee, was the Vice President under Buhari. His other boys held numerous sensitive positions under Buhari (Fashola was "super minister" of Power, Works and Housing; Tunde Fowler was FIRS Chairman; Aregbesola was Minister of Interior; Kayode Fayemi was Minister of Solid Minerals...), and on and on. It is disgusting and painful when I hear these clever by half Yoruba elements try to claim that ehh o, Shey Tinubu na Buhari ni, that Buhari "messed up", and that Tinubu inherited that mess... bla bla bla. Let them continue thinking that they are wise. The Day of Reckoning will come. |
This Femi has always been a rabble rouser. Unnecessary media noise and clout chasing at every slight opportunity. |
Siberia01:They dun' know. |
Draggun:That's the account I heard too. Makes a lot of sense because I don't know how it would work to rob everyone at that small club. Most likely cult related or chop person money related. |
This is unbelievable. It's hitting home. I was here just a week ago. |
Putindbutt:You people and your penchant to form clever by half. So Yoruba man is not good enough to monitor climate change while another ethnic group manages Public enterprises? Only Yoruba mgggbati man is good to be chief of army, chief of police, EFCC chair, CBN gov, FIRS chair. Minister of Finance, etc. When you now throw one crumb elsewhere, you will carry shoulder like you're rearranging your agbada and claim that "there's no tribalism here". Awon clever by half. You always think you are wise because you mistake an oily diet for oil in your head. |
Just leave the useless dirtbag. And his people enjoying "their turn". Emilokan expanded to awalokan. They will eventually understand that when you chew more than you can swallow, E GO CHOKE! |
Yoruba names littering every reasonable appointment. And the supposedly 'detribalized' or 'sane' ones are mute. When the day of reckoning comes, they will all suffer the consequences. Exemptions would be inconvenient and impractical. Forgetting will not be an option. Neither will be forgiving. |
I hate stupid hypocrites like this Okupe who think they can be clever by half. That's how the other old fool who calls himself a Nobel whatever, claims that he "fought " for Biafra and "fought" for Jonathan. But we know that he and his master Tilumpoo supported Jonathan's ascension in 2010/2011 as part of the grand plan to entrone the drug lord Chicago dirtbag in the long term game they had planned out. You pretended to support a candidate and even served as the DG of his campaign, but one year after, even with the economy in tatters and the country in ruins due to the WORST candidate manipulating and scheming his way into power, you have the audacity and shamelesness to come out and declare that such a useless dirtbag 'brother' of yours was the best candidate in the election! Who does that? Where is your dignity and self respect? Detribalized kee you there. |
Foolish man. I hate these stupid hypocrites who think they can be clever by half. All these Edo or Warri people can be loose canons like that. Always shouting, threatening and 'Shining eye' upandan. With all the money he now has one would expect some finesse and chill, but money only amplifies their razzness. |
EmperorCaesar:These people you mentioned are all supporting a dirtbag like tinumpoo for what reason other than tribalism? Tell us. |
Nonny95:You don't know how disgusting that creature is. One of the most irritating things on this forum. |
slimfit1:It better be Yoruba rich alone. |
DeepsightX:If you cut off 60% of the currently redundant civil service work force, and implement hourly productivity based pay, then a minimum wage that amounts to the equivalent of $300/month will be fair in the present circumstances. |
Lol. It's all those idiot guys there with white beards and eye glasses that vex me the most. All "package" and "steez", with ZERO actual productivity and value. And them sabi carry shoulder, wear stupid over starched clothes and form nonsense 'important' and 'carriage', even though they can't earn N1k through actual productive work to save their lives. Bastards leeching off the system and forming nonsense. That's my problem with this nonsense minimum wage agitation. It is to the unmerited benefit of government workers. Nigeria has to find a way to encourage PRODUCTIVITY. if you want to earn decent income, be productive. If you want to be rich, be productive. I don't like leeches. And I don't like nincompoops like the animals in the picture leeching off the system. Government can't be funding useless overseas travels for these leeches while the vast majority of ordinary hardworking Nigerian masses struggle to eat. |
Oladhips:There's actually noting like bitcoin ATH. BTC is the standard. You CANNOT lose money on btc, if you understand it for what it is - a long term store of value. People looking for a get rich quick scheme can try and likely fail with alt coins. If your family friend has a reasonable source of income and wants to preserve and grow his wealth for the future, then BTC is a SURE BET. All these plenty DYOR and analysis isn't really necessary for btc maximalist minded folks. Whether you like it or not, it is the only one whose fundamentals guarantee a future increase in value. Think LONG term, if you're earning enough not to bother about today tomorrow mumu speculatory price action. Those ones wey dey find fast money to buy food stuff can play around with other shit coins, and market watch every ten ten seconds like an alte bet naija or whatever. |
