I just recently started watching the station. They are very partisan in their news, reports, analysis and so on.

Rufai Oseni is one unruly presenter that shouldn't be in front of a camera. He is anti-establishment, partisan, rude to guests and power drunk because he is a tv presenter.

All their analysts are partisan in their analysis no matter how they try to hide it like Charles Aniagolu who also chip in his views when asking guests questions or ore-empt answers for guests or analysts and then twist them like questions.

The station rarely give other parties airtime on any matter. When a controversy is about Labour Party, they bring someone from the party to come and clarify but if the controversy is about another party they give it as news or as a topic of analysis among their in house analysts.

When Obi is gone in February I want to see the angles their news and analysis will take....we are watching

Every sane Nigerians should be anti establishment cos it's the so called establishment that got us where we are today.. AMERICA SLAUGHTERED ONE MILLION INNOCENT PEOPLE IN IRAQ BASED ON LIES ABOUT WMDs, JUST TO STEAL THEIR OIL.

AMERICA IS ALSO DOCUMENTED TO HAVE INVADED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, 197 OF THE 202 COUNTRIES ON EARTH.

SO WHY IS SHE ACCEPTING AWARDS FROM THEM LEFT, RIGHT AND CENTRE, AND REJECTING AWARDS FROM NIGERIA?

Her mentor, Achebe was the same. He rejected Nigerian awards but received awards from all these imperialist countries - Britain, USA, France, Australia, Canada etc.

These are the same countries that enslaved Africans, colonised and looted African resources for over 500 years.

Countries that today retain the looted funds by their stooges in power in Africa, and refuse to return them.

Countries that allow their banks to serve as Accessories After Theft by receiving and storing looted African funds.

Countries that hold and exhibit our looted ancient artefacts and treasures in their museums, from the Benin bronzes to the Ife bronzes, and refuse to return them despite repeated appeals by the Nigerian government.

So HOW is it that you can be receiving awards from these countries whose crimes against humanity are on a whole different scale entirely, while rejecting national awards from your own country?

What did Nigeria do to you that those countries did not do 1000 times more of?

TAKING AWARDS FROM THEM IS THE VERY HEIGHT OF HYPOCRISY.

This is just a rant of an illiterate.. The first responsibility of a country is to its people.. Every country is guilty of imperialism one way or the order even the great oyo empire, Benin empire, zazzau empire, fodio empire all raded other communities for the benefit of their own, it's human though unjust but it's what catapult human development, the aberration come when you now stop raiding outside your territories but instead killing and stealing from those you are supposed to protect.. Every sane citizen of such a nation are suppose to be up in arm to ask for justice and civil disobedience is a very mild mild way and should be commended.. This is not about about hatred but reality, the country is dying and all you can still think of is defending your oppressors.. I hope we all learn

The hate-filled hypocrites from the other side will not be happy about this news. They were quick to make it trend when the fight started, tweeting all sort of rubbish all over Twitter. Anything that will bring the downfall of a successful northerner gives them orgasm...

Just imagine for a second that Dangote was their brother, you would have read a lot of unpleasant comments about Kogi people, while throwing their full weight behind him. You say the northerners are bigots, but as the days go by, it is becoming increasingly clear who the real bigots are. The northerners never supported their own, Dangote blindly throughout the misunderstanding with the good people of Kogi. They kept their calm!

I think I understand the cause of the envy.. Despite so much chest-beating about how "industrious" they are, none of their wrapper tying ancestors ever made the list of world richest, even though they deal in astonishing range of merchandise.

Dangote was wise never to have built that gigantic obajana in any of their state. By now, his company would have become history.

God bless every well meaning Nigerian

As much as I support his exclusion from the Labour Party PCC list due to the sensitivity of the EndSARS issue, we also need to understand that Gen. Enenche was merely doing his job.

Like he said, he swore allegiance to the army and Nigeria; and as much as he was the Army’s Spokesperson, he had people he was receiving orders from.

He couldn’t have disobeyed the order given to him to say “there was no massacre” just because he wants to stand with the people. If he did, he would have been court martialed.

Sometimes we need to remove emotions and look at things critically.

He could have resigned and stand by the people.. Being in position of authority means to be with the country.. There is a difference between standing with the country and standing the president, the moment there is a divergence of interest, the interest of the country should supercede all else, therefore he failed.. Our leaders need to start knowing that they are to be for the nation not for the president as hard as it might be

Let's give Tinubu a chance at least for four years to see what he will do different than others. Yorubas are great administrators. Inability to give Awolowo chance to use his experience to rule Nigeria pushed us into trial-and-error today in Nigeria. We can all see development in the western region he ruled then. His legacy and foundation he laid down is what yorubas are enjoying till today. We can see the difference from other regions that Awolowo did not rule, they never matched his legacies in the west.

Obasanjo is another great leader Nigeria was lucky to have at crucial time when millitary were taking Nigeria. He used his experience to chase away millitary heads by sacking them first. Obasanjo stabilizes democracy, otherwise, milliatry would have hijacked our democracy again as they used to do. He used his experience to bring Nigeria into lime light of international recognition and assembled great leaders and technocrats we see in great places today like okonjo, soludo and many more

Abiola was another yoruba administrator we could have enjoyed, but unfortunately he died and was unable to get to that position. Signs were already there then things were about to change, but we didn't have him.

Tinubu is another great Yoruba administrator who can help turn around Nigeria for better. He has demonstrated his capacity to assemble great minds to always work with him. He has shown great vision and capability in terms of intellect to govern this country. Let give him a chance for four years and see what he will do differently. than others. Obi would have been better option at moment, but to be frank, he has not shown convincing capability like that of Tinubu. He has no experience of Tinubu when it comes to politics. Tinubu has been in politics actively since millitary eras and yorubas always perform better administratively based on history

the bolded is one of the reason why he shouldnt be supported... every one that have connection to the military class of 66 are part of the destruction of the country... PMB represent the last batch of the old era and tinubu, Atikuand others like them were activer players then..they all oversaw the destruction of the country and it would do the country good to discard them all and look to the brighter side..they wont and will never come with anything meaningful aside what they have learnt over the years which was crude ways of doing things, a do or die way of politics..i hope we learn our lesson and understand the important of history....

It is critical to Globo homo to maintain it's vice grips on Nigeria as we march into a decade of great upheavals brought about by the Talmudist bastards in the WEF

You celebrate Pinocchio Obi's whirlwind tour of Jewish hosted events in the west as a sign of his qualifications to rule not forgetting that the outgoing idiot and jewish stooge, Buhari enjoyed massive support from Jewish MSM and was invited to speak on several of their globalist centres prior to the elections of 2015.

How did that turn out?

We have the Afro Zionist goats of IPOB, the useful idiots of Endsars and BLM both which are bankrolled by that eternal jew rat, George Soros that have all been collapsed into the Disobedient mob of useful idiots.

What did Endsars achieve other than grant the Fulani Bolshevik govt fiat powers to clampdown on peaceful protests and shut down free speech ?

Do not be fooled

Now you're talking!

But let's leave Tinubu and Atiku out of the discussion. We have done the comparison based on current realities and we know who is better- Reason I said PO looks good on paper. However, I've learnt that the best judge of future performance is historical performance. There's a high probability that someone who has done something in the past would replicate it, all other things being equal.

Now back to my original question. What was life like for the Anambra people when PO was a Governor. We know it's impossible to please everyone, but were the majority people happy? Also, It shouldn't be difficult to mention one or two verifiable things (should be more though) the did to better people's lives.

Economic wise no state can be better than the other in Nigeria because Nigeria is a federal state and whatever affect kaduna affect bayelsa aside security which is mostly local and that is even majorly dictated by the federal govt.. However comparing anambra state with most state during his time using the normal HDI performance metrics obi performed better.. I will look for the link that compare all HDI parameters of the time with other people using data from recognized institution.. And from personal experience wise I served in Anambra during his time around 2006/2007 and I worked in Lagos between 2007 and 2010, I have lived and worked in twenty plus states across the federation including the north so I can compare without prejudice..for the record I'm from the North Central and I don't do religion so no bias whatsoever for me..this for me is not about individual bias but the future of the country because the truth is as I have come to realized is that Nigeria cannot break, reason is we are far more connected than we are divided so its better we look to the brighter side and develop or look for ways to heal and grow

Like I said do your own research.. There is no way you will do a good research and activate your reading between the lines and you will support, defend or vote pmb.. Pmb was just a wrong candidates to vote for in 2015 or anytime even tinubu attested to that on the time past.. What I have always thought my students and siblings and those that look towards me for guidance is the mentality and the ability to read between the lines cos with it you can make a wise decision from a multitude of wrong and bad infos.. I dont hold grudges or blame politicians or anyone that support a bad candidates provided you are benefiting from it but it becomes an aberration, a summersault once you begin to defend your oppressor or defend someone u won't benefit from..

Also you should know that this is this the first time since 1999 that a general is not contesting for election which is a good thing for us, cos it means we are moving away from the old ways and ushering in the new era...one on one Obis just a bit better than tinubu and atiku but the huge benefit for the country is that he is a departure from the past..tinubu and atiku belong to the old political ways, political thinking and old political ideologies and its time we retire them all and move forward.. we had the opportunity with GEJ and instead of moving forward, we moved backward ( even if we dont want gej, we should have looked for someone better, more futuristic and not going back because a progress is a progress even if its 0.01% but instead we went back to the old ways and here we have the result)...
im not talking about the good or bad quality of obi but the implication of having him at this time...

Also you should know that political loyalty dont develop a nation...if you want a nation to develop, pray your politicians dont have loyalty to their political ways but to their dreams for the nation that bring them in because almost all politicans have good intentions but political loyalty derail them once in but here in nigeria we are loyal to fault, which was why we hardly criticise those that have done something good for us even if they are evil and satanic but the igbos are not that big on political loyalty which is why you hardly see a successful political gofdather among them and its also a plus for us this time cos we dont need silly loyalty now(if you think im wrong check all successful nation and you can easily the role lack of political loyalty does to their politics e.g england, usa, china etc)

A section of my post says "this is part of my own research". I thank you for your suggestion but I've enough online already. As you know, there are tons of false info and propaganda online these days. Same strategy the "Sai Babsla" menace thrived on in 2015. So, it's a combination of online plus direct enquiries of first hand info and common sense.

Who better to ask than the people who lived, worked and experienced his administration as a Governor.

Like I said do your own research.. There is no way you will do a good research and activate your reading between the lines and you will support, defend or vote pmb.. A friend and I are planning to come home for holiday towards the election period. We both have valid voters card.

Note: We are both 100% politically neutral. We also don't give a **** about religion, ethnicity e.t.c

We just don't want a repeat of the "Sai Baba" hype of 2015 that brought us all to this very point as a country.

Supporting the Sai Baba movement has haunted me ever since. My eye just clear from the very first month Buhari became President. It's been a disaster!!! Unfortunately, alot of people can't run away from the country like we did.

So the race is looking more like it's going to be between Peter Obi and Asiwaju and the media hype is deafening.

I know all about Asiwaju's achievement in Lagos since I lived and worked in Lagos for almost a decade and I also know much about his not-so-good record.

On the other hand, I don't know much about Peter Obi other than he was once a Governor. Never been to Anambra before but he looks like a good alternative.

In the spirit of not repeating the "Sai Baba" error by supporting either Asiwaju or PO without asking intelligent questions, please (People of Anambra) help itemize or summarize his success stories as a Governor as well as his bad reputation. Only Anambra people or if you know the history of Anambr very well abeg.

PS: PO's supporters around here don't know either but are afraid to ask or too lazy to research. This is part of my own research. They said his achievement is that he paid salaries and pensions on time.

If indeed you are a neutral person, then asking anyone to tell you about any candidates ain't the right way to go.. The internet is there for you to research all you need to know.. Approach all info wit an open mind and explore all you read, expand your imagination and you can easily have your answers.. The only reason why we all go to school is to be able to infer from gigantum of info at our disposal and make decision..just try and approach all info with an open mind.. I'm sure you will get to fall in love with obi at the end
