DevilSignature: buddy pity the Nigerian students.
These kids have been in the university for 6years and more now for a four years course It's the decaying system we have as a nation. ASUU faults FG whereas they're the ones that rigged them into power. It's so unfortunate that it's the poor students that face the brunt of this ego fight between FG & ASUU. |

They're things that must change in this country. I'll keep updating this thread. It was a funny, stressful and wonderful experience. I didn't pay a kobo to any one from start to finish. The challenge I faced was with the officers in the "FRONT OFFICE", they said I supposed to have open a file with them immediately I applied Online or two weeks to my capture date. I said, I didn't see that on their web-site. They now said I should pay 14k so that they can fast track the process or I should go and reapply for another capturing date online. I just told they I need to make a "CALL" outside... One of them just told me to go and see the "PCO". The PCO was a nice woman, she just gave them order to attend to me. That was how I did my capturing oOo. Team DIY is working. I was encouraged by people contributions and experience on this platform. God Bless Team DIY. Congratulations boss! I want to go through DIY too, please aside the application fee online do one need to pay for anything at their office. I'll be doing mine at either Abuja or Niger |

Health › Health Effects Of Tobacco by HELLASJ(op): 5:30pm On Aug 20, 2022 |
Smoking leads to disease and disability and harms nearly every organ of the body. More than 16 million Americans are living with a disease caused by smoking. For every person who dies because of smoking, at least 30 people live with a serious smoking-related illness. Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Smoking also increases risk for tuberculosis, certain eye diseases, and problems of the immune system, including rheumatoid arthritis. Secondhand smoke exposure contributes to approximately 41,000 deaths among nonsmoking adults and 400 deaths in infants each year. Secondhand smoke causes stroke, lung cancer, and coronary heart disease in adults. Children who are exposed to secondhand smoke are at increased risk for sudden infant death syndrome, acute respiratory infections, middle ear disease, more severe asthma, respiratory symptoms, and slowed lung growth. https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/basic_information/health_effects/index.htm

PrincessAaaaaaa: I don't even know what to use it for. I'm an Animal Scientist. Took the test and I've been accepted. My cohort starts October. No accounting background o It's very important, take the course and strive to finish it, if you're opportuned to work in financial institutions like banks etc, you'll have an edge. PS: I'm enrolled in the course I don't have any background in accounting but I'm doing it and I've gone far, in a week or two I'll take my final exams and claim my certificate. You can do it!
