But it doesn’t just happen; you need to work on it. Here are healthy tips to follow to achieve brighter, clearer, beautiful and healthy glowing skin.

Tips For A Healthy Glowing Skin

1. NUTRITIOUS FIBER RICH DIET

The right amount of micro nutrients and vitamins is essential for clear skin. Incorporating Fish, white meat, nuts,grains like quinoa, acha ( Hungary rice), brown rice, fruits and veggies will nourish your skin from inside out.

2. WATER

Water cleanses the body and eliminates toxins and waste. It hydrates the body and removes excess oil and dirt. It’s important to drink at least two to three liters of water every day for a bright glowing skin.

3. INCREASE VITAMIN C INTAKE

Vitamin C is important because it improves collagen production, enhances skin brightness, and keeps away age spots and pigmentation. It also strengthens the capillaries of the skin for better transport of the nutrients into the skin cells and tissues.

4. DETOX

This is important to help your body cleanse itself and enhance the functions of the kidney and liver. A simple diet of just fruits and raw veggies and lots of water for a couple of days helps to detox your body which yields healthier skin.

5. AVOID THE SUN
