Christ In Christmas

Christmas is the most celebrated event in the world. However, there is tendency that we miss the real deal of Christmas.

We are too busy to have fun, visit the beach and have a wonderful time with love ones while taking Christ out of the picture.

Imagine celebrating a birthday party without the celebrant. That's the same way it is today.

Let's take a step and remember that today marks the birth of our savior. Let's take a moment and put Christ In the picture. Let's show someone that love He has for us.
Christ is the reason why we celebrate.

Merry Christmas Everyone

Emmanuel Martins Udu.

I spent less than 10k.

I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING

Then you need to pray for wisdom and understanding.

A woman who preached to me sometimes ago said I must be baptized again because the activity was carried out in a swimming pool instead of a river.

Christianity is more of a diverse religion. There is the Roman Catholic and the pentecostal. Among these, there are hundreds different believes.

Some churches don't permit the use of trousers for their female members and some sees nothing wrong with it. A friend refused to attend service with me because the church I attend allow the use of trousers and jewelries.

Some denominations celebrate Christmas and some don't.

Some speak in tongues while others caution the uses of speaking in tongues.

A Christ Embassy member found in a gathering of deeper lifers would feel so strange and unwanted. As a matter of fact, she would be seen as a non believer.

We all see ourselves as different Christians. Sometimes we feel our church is better than the other or more spiritual. As some would say "let God open their spiritual eyes"

Some people would try their best to convince you to change where you worship because they think the church is not as holy as it should be. They are so quick to judge the pastor, the members and at the same time believing thiers is in the right path of Christianity.

The church is the body of Christ. The body of Christ is one and not divided. Hence, we are one in Christ.

No vex but the same lord that did not care bout what happened to ppl that went to his house or the same one that stood by and let the engineer do nonsense and allowed it to happen?.....if he didnt protect those in his house how will he protect others outside...
Im just wondering what to think of him cos now i end up having even more doubt abt the proof of his existence....
But still rip to the dead

I vividly understand your point of view. I have had similar thoughts too but that doesn't change the fact that God is God.
The rain falls and sun shines on all. He knows all things even before we were born.

Dear Lord, protect us from untimely death. Save our families from the snare of the wicked. May we not be a victim of someone's mistake or greed. Deliver us from all evil. Amen.

Comfort all those that lost their love ones and may the souls of the departed rest in enternal peace. Amen.
