What is template.? Waec will always have template but when a human is marking scripts, he will bring to bear common sense into it.

Waec always gives the answer to the markers but where a writer wrote the same thing I'm another way, the human marker will still pass the student.

There is no way any human can write the same thing as the marking template. That is why.. .....
