MissJennifer, I do not 'think' it was dragnet that did the shorlisting. It was done by rainoil and they were fastidiuos with the shortlisting process. I did say amen to your prayer, we will all get there.

Nigerians are not really interested in whether the subsidy is removed or not. They are only interested in not paying higher prices, which unfortunately, is what removing subsidies means in this warped country where a cartel controls the importation and marketing of petroleum products.

Nigerians protested against Jonathan because fuel prices skyrocketed from N65 to about N140 per litre when the subsidy was removed in 2012. Would they have protested if the price fell from N65 to N55 as a result of subsidy removal? No! So Buhari must be prepared to face the wrath of Nigerian masses if he removes subsidies and the price of fuel keeps skyrocketing as has been the case with diesel ever since subsidy on diesel was removed many years ago.

If Buhari decides to remove the fuel subsidy, I do not see him facing any wrath due to the present popularity and support that he has. Infact, this is actually the right time to do this. Any one comparing the political terrain of 2011 with the present one set him/ her self on a failure course. People are more enlightened now.

Were you the only one for the final interview? If not, try to reach out to colleagues you had the interview with. Or better still, if you are getting apprehensive try to put a direct call or send a mail to the company asked them about the outcome of your interview in a not too desperate manner. Patience does it shaa, success is yours.

LOL, could still recall some of the good and bad days when I was at Yikpata camp. I had a challenged bath-ing during my first 3 days there, it was terrific, but later got used to it. And, try to allay your fears guys, being posted to Baruten or Kaiama doesn't add up to anything. Its actually a blessing in disguise for some unscrupulous corp members.

Couldn't agree less with you bro, and very much opined with your advise. But we shouldn't be the judge here, some people just aren't built for it. Infact he may end up crashing the car on the very first day. It's our differences that makes us humans.

If he doesn't like the stigma that comes with being a cab driver,what about giving it out to someone else and be collecting returns based on a mutual agreement? Or better still, sell the car and use the money to start something.
