I was watching a Yoruba film the other day and I saw a unique painting pattern that dropped my jaw.

I really don't want to compromise on the painting because its bring out all the hard works in other areas.

Most construction companies in Nigeria Zerock, Setraco, ITB, Cobel, Julis Beger etc have 60-70 percent of its work force as casual workers, hence will be on redundant when the company those not have any job @ hand.

I prefer Design to construction, am currently in the Quality control/ assurrance.

Conditions of service needs to be improved on; 85% of construction workers are casual, so the unfair treatment continue on abated. There must be enforcement of labour law to change all this; money is in construction my great Engineer.

This is one of the many reasons I despise the construction sector, even as a graduate of civil engineering. Majority of its employers are cynical and barely care about the welfare of her staffs, even the very popular ones. The only rational option is self-employment else... OYO.
