I just tired of this mtn sim swapping. I have been using this line for more than a year now. My mum gave the lineto me.my fine got stolen and I have been trying to retrieve it. I was good to bring my mum cos she registered it and my mum isn't around. I told them that I should make affidavits but they insist she must come. I need it badly. What else can I do? Pls ooo

Use paint to open the passport then click resize,, then click pixels and put the horizontal on 500, the vertical will come up.then click save.then check the size.

There are 2 horizontal s and verticals, use only the up one

Am thru with mine. I will advise you to use laptop or PC. Well, if you want to use phone, use chrome and put it in desktop mode. I used laptop and I finished it with 15minutes
Steps in filling the form.
1. Make sure you ave your cv cos you cos you will use it to fill the form
2. After receiving the login details in your mail, go back to the site and click on login at top right hand.
2, after logging in click on applications on that top right hand, a slide will come up, then click on my application. A new page will open where you will click on complete application. Make sure your passport is up to 50kb and max of 100kb. I hope this little explanation will help. Thank you
