I'm not suggesting you sell it, am asking if you can use it as a collateral to take a business loan. But then you'll have to make sure the business succeeds, in order to to lose your house. Its a long shot, seeing that you'll be paying off both your creditors and the bank little by little, but unless you get a miracle or win a lottery or decide to sell the house outrightly, that seems to be the only feasible plan now

Why not return to Kuwait, work in a paid employment for some time and start paying off your debts little by little? First you may have to write letters to all your creditors begging them to exercise patience & outlining your payment plan.

Please to all Naira lands .i have made a mistake of whch dnt no what else to do, I graduated from a University as the best student i was given a teaching apointment in the same school,because of the proffesional certificates i got in russia, saudi arabia and egypt, i got a job in kuwait and i left the country i terminated the lecturing job in nigeria. I worked for two years i made alot of money i came back to build a house, unfortunatly thats where the problem started.i had two accidents,etc ok.i returned back to kuwait i decided to resign again to start my own company whch we agreed with some of my friends that are Arabs.but imidatly the company refused because they have already spent lots of money on my trainings .so i took them to court after which my resignation was granted.my residents permit canceld,so i went to the people i planed opening the company (gas company) they whre not intrested again the arabs.i was confused and i ventured into bussines with the balance of the money i had but my containers started having problems, i started borrowing money to fix the containers,and to sustain myself.whch made me to have more than ten million naira debt. Am presently in Nigeria lost evrythng and the peoply am owing are after me.am seriously comfused dont no what else to do where to start. Most people dont no my whre about. Please i need a matured advice and contributions no need for blames because i already no i took the wrong direction.just want to clear my debt and move but how.thanks

Nigeria is not as bad as you think, for our leaders, if you want to succeed dont have them in mind, i came backe april last year,after spending 6 years outside the country.it wosnt earsy for me but.i think am okay now before starting any busnes i got a job myself first .lecturing job from their i startd my litle busnes whch is moving.i followd the system ,i bought a smal i pass my neigbour etc.dont gve anybody the impression that you just came back.if police stops you while driving give them 50 naira and go your way.dont involve in argument with them,or else they can even fire you and nothng happends.then be friendly to people orda wise they wil be agresive and then go to juju 4 u,and dnt take advice frm anybody in terms of busness, just come back and study the ground,get yourself a job no matter how smal then you are good to go.Ngeria is a nice place i sleep and wake up anytme i like,i do anythng i want,etc. Unlike when i do work 16 hours daily in saudi arabia,

As i said before it depends shared rooms like three you can budget 150aed pay day which is around 12000. Naira right now.then if you are buoyant enough you can pick single room which is alo aroun 250aed. But its better you take shared room for you wil make friends from their.i can recomend you hotels if you want.and again you have to be careful about nigerians, they wil come to you once they notice you are new before you no it,you are duped, then for shopings it depends on what you want,eg clothing ,jewelries, shoes, perfumes etc,you have so many thngs you can shop gadgets,phone,tablets,laptops, so just know the one you want.

. I think you should let us no what you are going for? Visit? Husling ? Shoping etc.hotels depends on how much you are budgeting, also airline'the most expensive airline now is emirate airline,and its the best,etihad also good .followed by qater airways. Then air rwanda ,kenya airways,ethiopian airway etc are not expensive,so check your budget,then accomodation ie. Hotel deira is very cheap,but not realy encouraging because its like nigeria,but places like alquoz,emmar' burj khalifa? Very nice but expensive,hope the information helps you
